I wanted an upgrade. So no real problems in the past. I was excited and nervous about a new version. I worked great, looked good, and I can talk on it through the speaker. Until I took it swimming, it is water resistant. I have taken it swimming quite a few times. Almost 4 mos post purchase and it died? No warranty and it is not returnable? I think something is wrong with this picture.

I turned everything off I could and it wouldn't last 12 hours and I hardly used it. What's the point of having it if you can't use it. So I returned it. I'm not a huge apple person but my daughter has the apple watch 5 and she used it all day, text, taked, called, everything and it out lasted mine by 2 times. Sucks bc now I'm going to have to buy an apple phone and watch

It's supposed to last up to 43 hours. Mine has to be charged daily. I only use it for a watch & notifications from my phone. I do not use it for music, email, or Samsung Pay. No other apps were downloaded on it. I went from a FitBit Versa that was charged every 3 days. Extremely dissatisfied!

AT&T and Samsung do not work well together!

Spent hours on the phone with AT&T, continuously promised to receive call backs and never did. Followed the steps meticulously and it would continue to throw errors. I'll just contine to use my non LTE Active 2 :( I'll never buy the one with cellular again. Please know, I place the blame on AT&T more than Samsung...but I'm not keeping something that doesn't provide the functionality it's promised.
