I slept one night without my watch ON yet it recorded my sleep pattern. Even by osmosis it would of been hard to detect because the watch was in another room with the door closed. I hope this was just a one time cliché. My sleep patterns are very important to my doctor so we will see. I would like to add a post review to this in a week if possible. Will see if the let me. Rest of ratings based on this experience and other usage.
