Not a Fan

Still can’t figure out installation. Samsung is a nightmare to work with. When I have to fix an issue on his watch, I have to use You Tube. I’ve tried to talk him into just ditching it and getting an Apple. The name of the game is customer service, and Apple is head and shoulders above what I have experienced with this watch.

Good watch with not so fast charge.
