Great product. I do like it much better than my apple watch that I used to have. One issue I have with it is that it does not have "workout" options for very many sports. It is also a lot easier to scratch than an apple watch.

Had to replace my almost a year old Frontier that stopped charging. Samsung refuses to honor their warranty. So I bought the Active2. It does the job. Nothing to get excited about. It seems Samsung took a big step backwards with this one.

My experience was a negative one as the product did not last a long time due to "liquid damage". I'm aware that water resistance is not the same as waterproof, but I had not done anything that would have exposed the watch to liquids for a long time (just regular day activities) and I wasn't able to get any assistance from the Samsung customer service which even got the device into a worse physical condition I sent it in. The battery will last around a day or two if you fully use all of its functions and around 3-4 days if you take most of them. Overall, not a great experience.

Sensitive screen touch. It's a pain to always be locking and unlocking the screen. Doesn't count stairs properly. I go up and down stairs any where from 8 to 10 flights a day and I'll be lucky if it counts 1 flight. Other then that I like the watch.

Bought this as a present for my dad. the watch was very hard to operate, even for me and I am used to these. Maybe we just got a lemon. My dad shakes so it was even more difficult for him to be able to do most of the functions.

Purchased before the ECG feature was enabled. New update supposedly enabled the feature. Not on mine. Would not work. Samsung has terrible customer service. I've been on the phone for hours, have written many emails, sent the watch in twice, spent 2 months without it, and now they have it and the status shows "cancelled". Apparently, they are supposed to "exchange" it, but no details other than "call back in 2 or 3 business days". They obtained my property under false pretenses saying they would fix it and are currently withholding it from me. For anyone dealing with Samsung, don't believe it if "Kayla with the Office of the President" gets involved. She will not help and will block your number so you can't reach her. I paid over $300 for this at BestBuy and I can't even use it because Samsung has it.

It's okay. My off brand does better than my Samsung. And it only cost $36.00. I can't even get my sms text messages on it. Only messages. Then there is the Bluetooth issue with my Samsung phone. It's a 20fe model!

Loved this watch. Got it for Father’s Day a few years back. Worked awesomely but all of a sudden stopped working after a swim one day. Monitors a lot of stuff walking running biking steps weather phone calls texts swimming tons of different faces you can personalize it too. Pretty durable in the wood shop but like I said stopped working after a swim one day. The active 2 was my favorite. Worked with all phones but then I replaced with the active 4 and that one only worked with Android phones.

This the one of the best smart watches I've ever owned. It looks stylish, not trendy like Apple, and works very well.

Worked great before it suddenly quit working due to moisture damage. Samsung did not replace it although it was in warranty. I don't swim nor shower with my watch on but somehow it got damaged.

Love the big screen ans notifications. Actually takes and makes calls pretty w the built in speaker. The wow factor was never there for me and the band only came in m/l sizes which did not fit a small wrist. I ended up returning the watch.
