Smartwatch came in a nice package, very well packed. Opened it up. Charged it up. Turned it on, and started simply by setting up smart things on the wife's Galaxy S10+, and I swear it did all the work by itself. The only thing I remember doing is changing the watch face display... thats it. Wife wears it constantly. She tracks her steps, and heart rate. We haven't decided if we're going to activate the cell capabilities yet, but the option is still there and nice to have.

I am liking the watch so far. I was concerned about the battery life but I think you can get 2 days out of it with average use.

Love this watch. This will be my 3rd. Seems it always crashes just after the warrenty expires.

I find this smart watch to be better than a FitBit that I bought and returned cause I don't need to purchase a premium subscription to get all the features.

Bought this for Christmas for my husband he loves it! It has all the features he wanted and more! Had a small issue at the beginning with ensuring a Christmas delivery and I called corporate and they assured me they would have it there STAT it was actually here the very next day of talking to them , They had a courier deliver it to the door . I was beyond impressed with Best Buy and will not hesitate to order from them . In fact I ordered many of my Christmas gifts from them this year !

I bought this to replace my previous Samsung Galaxy Active 2 Under Armour editionthat I purchased when it was new on the market. The quality and battery life is great and I like the larger screen size. The screen doesnt crack oe scratch under normal use. I believe the ability to download whatever you want is great but would be better if there was more storage available or expandable storage.

For an older Samsung watch it works well, a bit pricey for it but it's still in use 2 years later.

A few weeks after purchasing this product. I began to have a rash on my left wrist. I thought this was odd, but decided to wear my Active 22 watch on my right wrist. The rash began on the right wrist. I went to the Dr. and they advised me that I am allergic to Nickel. This is odd because I've worn watches ever since I can think of. I'm disappointed as I really liked the watch, and surprised that Samsung didn't find a better way to accommodate this. My apple watch never did that... haha

After wearing this watch for about 9 months the touch screen stopped working. I sent the watch to Samsung's repair center because it was under a 1 year warranty. 3 days later I was told by Samsung that the warranty for the watch was void due to liquid damage. Excuse me, liquid damage voids the warranty? Yes that's right a watch that is intended for swimming will not be repaired by Samsung if it has LIQUID DAMAGE! Samsung advertises this watch for swimming and claims it can be submerged 164 feet, all LIES....

there's a reason why the brought out this watch out and quickly released the newer version. My wife has a small wrist ave didn't fit. Looks more like an apple watch. I cheaper version and it shows

easy to read and navigste. I use it with samsung health for sleep, weight and steps.

Easy to set up using the Samsung wear app. Works with android and ios which makes it very versatile.

I really like this watch, but there are a couple features (like EKG) that you only get with a Samsung phone. I’ve got a Pixel and the features are good, but wish they ALL worked.

I had got this product as open box excellent, the watch I received was in very good working condition and watch is high quality in performance and looks. I would say if you are android user surely get samsung active-2 watch 44mm which is quite large in dial and has very good speaker as well for receiving calls. I just felt battery life is also quite good but just felt that processing speed has to be improved.

Bought this particular model because it supposedly can check blood pressure. It uses a third party, ridiculous app. No interchangeable band and it is way too big. Other features are just ok, I have had Fitbits, really inexpensive knock offs that work great (just have short lives). For the price, I do not like this watch, the best thing about it is the styling. Also hard to get any kind of accurate read for exercise.

Very disappointed the heart rate was way off. Was unable to use pandora with it.. Just not worth it in my opinion.

You can't actually swim in the watch. Used for swimming laps in a pool. Stopped working in 6 months and sent to Samsung thinking it was covered under warranty. Samsung says it has water damage so it isn't covered under warranty, It didn't matter to Samsung that I used the watch exactly the way they said. They wanted to charge me over $200 to repair. Way to stand behind your product Samsung. Guess what watch is still working fine...my wife's Apple watch.

Battery life is perfect 5 days without charging and band fits perfectly didn't have to buy a bigger band

Operating system is trash. Slow processor. Very frustrating to use. Recently switched from Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra to iPhone 12 Pro, with Apple Watch SE and could not be happier.

Nice looking and I am sure I will learn how to use it, but the package had been opened before it arrived. The watch and charger seemed OK so I kept them rather than going to hassle of returning everything. But no instructions and no information. I got on line with Samsung and got some help, but limited. I also called the Geek Squad and leaned that I had to wait a week (6 days) before I could get an appointment to talk to anyone about my new smart watch. My experience was a real downer after the excitement of buying a electronic new toy.
