I bought this and used it for a few days, I guess I’m just not that in to smart watches. Fit decent on big wrist…

Please be forwarded, best buys shipping times are at best a blatant lie. Upon purchase the quoted shipping time is now 300% longer and my package is pending... so I'm now not expecting it for a while and might have to consider pursuing options to cancel the order and order it else where. Its reasonable to expect slower shipping during these times and that's ok. However, dont post delivery dates when items dont leave your facility half way across the country on day you quote it would be delivered. I would suspect best buy is aware of these issues but has chosen not to be honest with its customer's. Unfortunately this has caused scheduling conflicts and a severe waste of time. I can only hope that I receive my package soon. Best buy, used to be a company you could trust, and honestly I stuck with them over the past decade as they have struggled to adapt to the new market. I would hate to see us loose a good brick and mortar store however if this is the way they run their business when their competitors are more than meeting their shipping deadlines perhaps they should loose their market share. What's worse is I have had no communication from best buy at all, that is just unacceptable in today's marketplace. Shame bestbuy, shame.

Ear buds do not cut out background noise as advertised. Watch function are not user friendly and the font is too small.

Use it every day and battery stays charged for long time.

I didn't like how easy it gets scratch in the rims. It really bother me. Other than that is a good watch.

Would not recommend purchasing any Samsung watches. We purchased 3 in 2020 and they are all now torn up now that they are out of warranty. One the back came off for no reason, one stopped working after swimming in it and one quit working completely.

I just purchased this watch and it only last 12 hours before having to charge it. I called samsung support and they told me 12 hours is correct. If you plan on tracking your steps, health or sleep... this is not optimal because if spends more time on the charger than on your wrist. I am only 3 days into owning it, great watch it you dont want to really "use" it. Looks like I have to take another trip back to the store to return it......

After a year and a half it shut off and never turn back on. Warranty only covers a year. Very disappointed.

Glass shattered falling off of a table onto the floor after just a couple of months and cannot find anyone to repair it.

This watch is okay , its limited compared to the 3 out but if your not looking for as many features this is good

I have used an Apple Watch since the first one came out. After trying this new watch it couldn’t compare to the Apple Watch.

It mot the same as my gold watch 2 years ago. The volume os lower and not user friendly

It was just okay looking. Ended up wanting a different style so I went back to exchange for a sportier style.

The watch served me reasonaby well for about 18 months after which the glass just fell off. This seems rather disappointing from a brand like Samsung. Surprisingly, the watch still seems to be working, so I am now attempting to re-attach the glass screen with gorilla glue and perhaps I'll get couple more weeks or months from it? Not sure what I'll do after...

It was nice but the runs were inaccurate. But if you're not looking for style or anything other than exercise, it's a good buy.

Do not wear this watch during any physical activity. You will scratch it up first day
