I purchased this item open box and it was a great deal. While I didn't receive a charger, it was replacing a similar unit so I already had one. The Under Armour band is nice, but doesn't warrant the extra price tag. All in all, I love the accessibility of my watch and that I can use it to answer calls. I still wish the battery life was better than 48-60 hours.

I upgraded to the active 2 from my Samsung Galaxy watch. I love it; but I do miss the professional look of my all black Galaxy watch. And another con is that the edges scratches easily. Besides those down sides the screen is absolutely beautiful. The battery is excellent. I like it so much I got one for my husband as well.

I'm so excited about this watch...numbers one love is that it's waterproof. It automatically tracks seven popular activities: walking, running, cycling, rowing, elliptical trainer, dynamic workouts and swimming. The number two for me it is the sleek look and feel. I total love it!

I'm not at all impressed by this product. This is a watch packed with features, and none of them work particularly well. Heartrate and run sensors are off. It has trouble picking up in real time, heart rate is often hours behind. Exercise sensors start automatically but failed to end the workout on time, with no manual override, so my runs often "run" 5-7 minutes longer on the watch. From what I've seen, Garmin and Fitbit devices are more responsive, and their applications offer much more function. The Samsung app ecosystem is seriously lacking for wearables.

I was excited tof get this watch as I have an older Huawei Watch 2 classic. It's a good watch but my S20 FE was having sync issues. It was nice at first but a few days in my wrist started to get itchy with the watch. I cleaned it and it still would itch then I noticed my skin peeling. It looked I got a sunburn where the watch was sitting. I switch the watch to my other wrist and the same thing happend. I did a quick Google search and I wasn't alone. People were reporting they would get infrared burns. Samsung said they are aware and should be fixed with update. Sorry I'm not waiting for that. Returned.

Didn't hold up, it says active but can't hold up to activity. I used it for daily use mostly. I also would wear it when landscaping outdoors so it would be treated a bit rough here and there. I really wanted it for swimming, but that is what killed it. I don't think it was water tight or over time being active with it opened it up a bit. The water from the pool cooked the insides! It was barely out of warranty and Samsung wouldn't do anything about it, they wanted me to pay to have it fixed. I went with a different brand. I like Samsung phones and some appliances, just not sure about the ruggedness of their watches at this point.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy watch active2 June 04, 2020 and I am very disappointed. The watch will not count the stairs that I climb which is about 12 feet per flight. I cannot recommend this product to anyone climbing steps or hill for there health it does not tell the truth. It not accurate when it counts steps also. I have a Garmin Fenix 5x and a Fitbit versa 2 which are a lot more accurate when you do these things ;( Lesley
