The price is high, response time with phone call is delayed a little.

Unfortunately I am returning this watch. It has many neat features but if you are counting calories after working out this is not for you. It is way off in its calorie count. I contacted customer service and thry are aware of the problem and have no solution. If it's not needed for the calorie count it works great!

Great for certain things and lifestyles but overall not bad.

I gave it as a gift to my husband but got broken after 2 mos only of wearing it. He used it aT work and he is a Nurse- constantly washing hands. Packaging said its waterproof but didn’t last long .

overall did and performed as it should i found the menus tedious to navigate

The only bad thing I have to say is the battery sucks

It is a nice watch but I wish it could of contact me to my phone .

To many problems have some text you need to look it on your phone it's crazy showing you have text coming but you can't read it and if you need to answer you need to go on contacts and sending your text you can't answer on same text automatically

Not a bad watch. Does come with UA map my run app. Does do great job with heart rate and sleep findings. Good night mode sometimes comes on at night and out of good night mode at odd times and when you have not activated it. Charges very easy. Works well with phone calls

Nice watch but don’t really like the touch screen kinda slow

I have used Active2 and Under Armour version and this one is better because its more accurate when it comes to running. It has workout/Run app dedicated to itself and it tells you how you are doing with running. Its pretty neat. You can also connect your UA Bluetooth shoes with it. Definitely recommend.

Nice watch for some features. Does not connect to many fitness programs outside of the Samsung family including MyFitnessPal or certain programs for steps. Just okay for the money.

Bought this watch without expecting anything since I am an Apple fan. It beats my expectations with a lot of customization options. Really great for workout and casual wearing.

I bought this watch may of last year and it died already. It is supposed to be water proof, but i never had it in water deeper than 6 ft and it died because water got into the body of the watch.

It's fun to wear and my husband likes the health metrics it monitors. The buttons have started to fail us after only 1 year of use, which is a bummer. I feel like I shouldn't have to purchase a new watch every year due to poor quality.

You can shower with it. Features are easy to use and add. I like the fact its bigger than the average active 2. You can get new bands and full watch protectors which is good for me cuz i bumped my wrist against the wall.

So far this is a great improvement over my previous Samsung watch however I assumed it would have Samsung Pay's magnetic strip technology so I could use any card reader for purchases. It does have Samsung Pay and the tap and pay tech but not the magnetic tech. Just be aware.
