Plenty of watch faces to choose from. The watchband is comfortable. Able to reply to texts and phone calls from the watch.

Keeps crashing and I have to reset it

Paired it with iPhone X reasonably easily but after a few days, the watch started to crash randomly and forced me to reinstall it as if it was a new watch. Even when I do that, the Samsung app doesn't find the phone or let me do anything with it. The watch seemed nice and I liked the design but the bugginess of it makes it useless. I can't reset it and reinstall everything multiple times per day. I'm going back to Apple. I had no trouble with that watch for years and only wanted to replace it due to screen damage.

I believe this issue is a design flaw. I have not used it in water (thank goodness!) and always had a "bumper" protector (full protection). Not one scratch on the LCD. After I bought the watch it was MONTHS before the heart rate feature was available... even though it was supposed to be available within a month. When charging, the watch will state I must use original charger... when I am using the original charger. Very disappointing.
