I've owned the active two and a apple watch series 4 and I would recommend the active 2 over the apple watch. Its seems alot more user friendly.

Everything about this watch is absolutely amazing. The convenience of the watch is worthy of me upgrading from the 1st Edition Galaxy Watch.

caught on fire. started as a no charging and turning on apps. not working properly. heated up about ten minutes before i was going to bring back to best buy under policy.

Returned. It’s more pretty than functional. More of a gimmick than a smart watch that measures health data. However, it is good at what it does. No knocks, just not what I was looking for.

The good is that you can answer your phone with it!!!! The bad is that it doesn't keep track of steps or heart rate for more than 1 week. The older model kept track for several weeks which was very helpful!

Don't buy Geek Squad warranty they hide important information! Bought an Samsung Active 2 watch with extended warranty ($59.99). I brought the watch to Best Buy because is not holding a charge anymore. Geek Squad said they can either refund the warranty amount (pro-rated) or will send it to their repair store in Kentucky and will take 5-8 weeks! Be aware of this when you buy their "warranty"

Excellent watch But needs more software update and and a speaker needs to be improved when a communication with HD voice clarity And the volume needs to be improved to hear more better in the future

I bought this watch because it is the best watch I could find for my galaxy s9+. Its beautiful, a ton of great features to stay active, and on and on. I have one major complaint! I have a pin set to activate if the watch is taken off my wrist and this make the watch constantly lock on me, even if it is on my wrist. On two separate occasions this happened and I type the pin incorrectly once and my watch was completely erased. This is very frustrating. Also don't like that it is very easy to get tiny trash stuck between the bezel and screen but very difficult to get it out.

I can't go with out this watch the only downside is the battery i wish it wasn't rechargeable I wish it was with a regular battery

I love the watch.. Much more functional when paired with a Samsung phone, however this works great with other Android devices as well.

I use this with my Google Pixel 3 XL. integrates great, and I love the premium mapmyrun membership. Many faces which can be customized.

Great watch with large clear screen. Will definitely recommend . Great addition to the note 20 plus and very light weight but good quality!!

Compared to the Samsung smartwatch it just felt cheap. I love the colors and the variety of themes. But keep in mind battery life may only be a few days vs 5 days. For the price I expected more quality.

Its a great buy , best buy has great customer support in case you get wrong with your product. ITs complete peace of mind.
