Love this watch! Tracking is on point and love I can keep it in battery mode. I replace the watch band with a magnet one.

Purchased in Feb 2020. I love this watch and have treated it kindly and yesterday the screen started to flicker and then went black. I tried the usual reboot technique to no avail. The watch is still connected to the phone but cannot see the screen. Conveniently, the warranty is only 1 year, so no help from Samsung. I replaced my FitBit watch with this hoping that it would last longer, and it didn't. Think I'll be trying another brand next time.

Love my Samsung Galaxy UA Edition watch. I have had every model and this ones works great.

Purchased in March 2020 - worked perfectly for the first year or so. Did everything I wanted a smartwatch to do, except take an ECG like the Apple Watch. Rumor on the Internet at the time was that Samsung was within months of getting it approved (hardware was already in the watch) - but that never happened. The 2-star rating is due to an issue with phantom touches on the face of the watch. Simply, the watch goes nuts randomly (and often) and switches screens, changes settings, and generally become inoperable. The side buttons usually get it back to the home screen, but not always. I have conducted a decent amount of research on the Internet and there are many forums (especially the Samsung forum) where others complain of the exact same issue. Many of those users, however, state their watch starts that issue after only a month or two -- mine went the first year and a few months. Many of those users have also filed official warranty complaints with Samsung, only to be denied, with Samsung inexplicably claiming it was the user's fault. In one instance, Samsung denied the claim and stated the user must have gone swimming with the watch, as there was water damage. The watch, however, is advertised by Samsung to be "swim-proof." Since I am past the 1 year warranty, I am out of luck anyway and will be purchasing a different brand smartwatch.

Great watch easy to use. I had a 40mm before this and felt like it was to small so upgraded to this. Definitely worth it!

It's an ok smart watch. Purchased this for my husband because his Samsung Classic 2 smart watch battery wouldn't last all day. I wish it was as stylish as his 1st watch

I don't the security features on this watch. for e.g. it always stays unlocked. You cannot see 90% of the apps on the watch. I returned it as it is not worth the money I spent on this!

Watch worked ok for awhile, and I took care of it as per the instructions. 11 months in, it wouldn't hold a charge and Samsung said it was water damaged, which voided the warranty, and would cost $208 to fix. Apparently you can't wear a water resistant watch (good to 50m per Samsung) in the shower! Terrible customer service and warranty from Samsung.

This watch is great. It has the under armour app built in and it connects to my shoes.

I love this watch great for my fitness, I have health issues and this helps me stay up to date with my health.

This watch feels great on my wrist and is significantly lighter than my Galaxy watch. I love the Under Armour integration.

I love this watch I price matched it when it was on sale gotta say best way to go only thing I don't like its you have to put it in a water mood to have it be water proof

My wife loves this watch if you are a Samsung user and like to keep track of stuff this is the watch for you

I would give leas than 1 star if it allows me. The watch was to come next day but got it 30 days. Kept calling to ask about the status and alway there some obstacles. The Saugus MA manger is the rudest unprofessional customer oriented i have never seen and i dont know what he has that job. I will never enter stire or buy from bestbuy ever in my life again.

That watch works ok but it was an open item with several scratches and the colors was off. Store refused to mark down further and had to contact Samsung to replace.

My boyfriend love it, it was a gift for him very good quality too good price for it he loves it!!!!!!!!!

High recommend getting this watch for everyday use

Fried itself in less than a year of owning it! It kept getting hot when changing, got hot while wearing and finally the screen flashed and that was the end of it. This is on top of the horrid chemical burn the band material is made out of. It messed my skin up to the point i now have a scar there.

Great watch with good features. The only thing I don't like is the difficult strap changing process. The strap once changed is hard to get it out again.

I have owned this watch for less than 3 months and it is already malfunctioning. The step counter is not working. I walk around 6 miles daily and today it is malfunctioning. I was also asked to sign and pay for a different geeksquad repair service agreement and I now see why. I hope that I am wrong as I write this on my Note 10 plus.
