Return policy is only 14 days from the time of purchase. When my fiancé opened the watch on his birthday there is a chip on the top of it. My return/exchange policy expired by then so we are stuck with it. Will not purchase from Best Buy again

I am 6'7" and of slim build. My fingers couldn't perform the functions; they were too big. The watch worked, then it didn't. It wasn't consistent in performance. I returned it.

I hope that I received a bad one, but it was unprogrammable, I couldn't display the watch face of my choosing amongst other things. I exchanged this for the Galaxy watch. Heart monitor, step tracker, etc, were all inaccurate.

I have loved it until the battery all of a sudden started messing up. It will be fully charged and within 4 hours or less the battery is COMPLETELY dead. I am NOT happy right now!!
