It is great to track your exercising and workout records, to catch up on your msgs, notifications, and even to receive or making calls. You can also use it along with Strava if you prefer. Heart and stress monitor are great features among so many others available, such as a ppt controler for my business and school presentations. Love it!

It has all the features I use on the daily bases. I would recommend this watch to anyone that has an Active lifestyle. Purchased this watch as a Christmas gift to myself and liked it so much purchased my friend one as well. He loves it for work also instead of using his dresser watches.
