Great for everyday use and training. Great for running! I due suggest for everyone who maybe rough, like myself, get a rugged watch band. Looks like a G Shock band and protects better. Highly reccomend for anyone who has a droid and wants a useful smart watch.

The main reason I wanted it was it will have ECG capability, but not until early 2020 as Samsung is waiting for FDA approval. It's a nice watch, runs well, and has great features for the price. It runs Samsungs version of Wear OS, Tizen, so all the apps come via the Samsung store, not the Google Play store. The band is kind of cheap, but most of these smart watches come with these cheap rubbery ones anyway.

It does everything. It is an information center, phone, health monitor, physical fitness calculator and motivator, communication center, music box, mailbox, weather station, GPS and much more. Great design with best watch face variety and functionality that I have ever seen.
