    I was having problems with this watch holding a charge. I also ended up replacing it because I could not get the Bixby to update despite talking with Samsung as well as Best Buy Geek Squad. Neither of them knew what to do. I have enjoyed the watch itself and that is why I exchanged it, though I did have to use the 2 year replacement plan.
