This is the 3rd Samsung watch I have owned in over 5 years. I am coming from a Gear Sport and this watch is very similar as far as user interface. It is small and lightweight. I went with the 44mm because I prefer to have a bigger screen. The battery life is amazing I usually get 2 maybe even up to 3 days of use. The speaker is a new feature for me and taking calls on it is a breeze. I literally have nothing bad to say about this watch!

Ive owned ever version of samsung gear wearables all the way back to the gear s. This is the most refined smart watch on the market. And now with the new google/samsung partnership, its software will only improve. Screen is beautiful and bartery life is amazing. The only knock ahainst it is the removal of mst. But the card swipe is going the way of the Dodo anyway, so not a big loss.

I've owned 4 Samsung smart watches, but this is by far the best! Being able to answer calls and speak to your friends or business calls immediately, instead of fumbling for your phone is such a huge upgrade. This watch charge lasts days, and I use it a lot. Picks up exercise, and excellent sleep stats too. Samsung Pay works flawlessly - now that we are trying to avoid touching surfaces, this is a huge plus too.

I bought this to replace an old Iwatch, 42mm stainless, original. The pluses of this, and the primary reason is waterproof. The display is bigger and brighter, but it's not at all bulky. The battery lasts a lot longer than the Iwatch when it was new, and it can be on all the time. Neither one count my steps very well, GWA2 gives me less. Perhaps I walk to lightly. The Apple weather is instant GWA2 takes a while to refresh. Doesn't count pulse rate very well, over estimates. Overall, though a good watch for the price.

I left Garmin for this watch because I liked that I wanted to be able to respond to messages and take phone calls if my hands where full and I couldn't pick up my phone, but that feature is tough to use. I choose the 44mm because the battery life was longer. However, that was the 1st thing I was disappointed with, my battery dies faster then my phone battery. There is no way I could get more than I day out of this battery. After reading the reviews I feel like there might be something wrong with it!! or my settings are wrong? I thought that I had optimized the battery settings with no luck. I have to leave the clock screen on all the time or else I need two hands to simply see the time. I seem to need 2 hands to see anything! When I am working out I need two hands to see the stop watch. I rarely have 2 hands to check my watch (meaning they are always full or busy) which is why I needed a watch like this in the 1st place. So for use being cumbersome was another reason I am disappointed. The screen only seems to be sensitive when I don't want it to be. I am thrilled with the comfort, look and design of the watch. I think the strap being tucked in the back is genius. I have had the watch for going on 3 weeks now so I am trying to have it grown on me....now if it always wasn't attached to a charger....

I always wanted a smartwatch so i purchased this active 2..im very pleased with my watch..price was good..connected easy to my phone..now be careful and read product info because some of these watches are either LTE or Bluetooth..and Bluetooth can only connect 2 ya phone or wifi to function with ya phone. LTE is phone services thru ya watch..i got bluetooth..it was least expensive..but overall its a great watch.

great battery life, does everything I need it to do, and works perfectly fine with non samsung phones.

Bought this for my mother as a Christmas gift and she loves it. It’s not only helps you get healthy but it also tells you the stress level heart rate. It even tracks your sleep. All her sisters want one because it tracks their health. This watch overall is very beneficial. Even her doctor was asking her information about it so she can go buy one. So if you having trouble choosing whether to buy it or not just buy it you won’t regret it.

Very nice watch overall. It's great on battery life at first then after a couple months and updates you definitely notice a change in that. I like the feature that reminds you to stay active about every hour or so. Nice and smooth screen that is very responsive. Many face options for my different moods too! I love it and absolutely recommend it for anyone that's thinking of getting one.

I really enjoy the ease with which this smartwatch syncs with my android smartphone - no third program(s) involved, as with my last smartwatch. Integrates easily with other online trackers. Very comfortable, and I like the music feature and the Bixby feature (an Alexa for a smartwatch!). Tracking my runs and exercise is a breeze, and there is a feature that automatically tracks my runs or waks if I forget.

All the features you need with long battery life. A great smartwatch at a low price.

Different watch faces are very nice and the "goodnite mode" is very easy to use. Step counter seems to sometimes give more steps than actually taken; makes me wonder about other health items accuracy. I would like to read somewhere what it uses for step determination, but have not found it anywhere. Disappointed that ECG is not active, considering that it is now approved by the US FDA. I have not heard anything by Samsung and a search yesterday (9/2/2020) gave nothing. ECG was one of the reasons I bought this watch.

I have used 5 different os for smart watches and samsungs is by far the best. Watch would be completely perfect if it could have fitbit's battery life and wear os's full qwerty keyboard for replying to messages. Don't get me wrong I get a solid 3 days of use with the heart rate monitor on and sleep tracking. Would definitely recommend.

Samsung Active 2 (44mm) black alum. Wifi only. Used, Like New. After a lot of online research, I went to best buy and played with this watch for 15 min, before Christmas 2020. Everything about this watch convinced me this was the one to get. The rotating bezel is so cool. Although I really liked the Watch 3's physical bezel, this screen bezel is still really cool. Pros; Lots of watch faces, lots of apps, enough free stuff to satisfy anyone. I mainly use UA MapMyRun for exercise and music on the watch. GPS is pretty accurate, less than one tenth of a mile different than my phone (LG G7). I no longer carry my phone jogging, which is so nice. I actually use the heart beat, stress, step counter and sleep recording apps. I wasn't interested in any of those, until I got the watch. The charger is really good. It's faster than what the watch will tell you. 14% warning to full charge took less than 2 hrs, while watch predicted 2:45. Cons; battery life is good, not great. 2+ days is about the max with normal use. Although the sleep function only uses 6-7% each nite. GPS probably uses the most, wifi next, bluetooth the least. I do Not use always on, that will really eat the battery up. Because I don't have a samsung phone, I do Not get the Email app, EKG function and Blood O function. That is not good, because you expect to get those, then when it's not there you have to Google why to figure it all out. Haven't used the phone thru watch yet. Only push text notifications as emails tend to be junk. Anyways the phone has to be within 30' for BT, so I just go check my phone. I love android and do not like apple near as much so I love the freedom this watch gives you for apps and interface. The Tizen app store is small, but I only want a few things anyways. I would like a mapping app though for my jogs. Overall very happy with the watch. I like getting Used/Mint condition items because I saved $50 for a flawless item which still gets all the warranties a new item has. I love this watch!
