Once it was paired ....my husband has said he loves his new Samsung Active 2 watch. It enables him to see his texts and respond to a phone call leaving his phone in his pocket. He uses it every day. A quick glance to his watch keeps him updated in a meeting ...without being obvious; like looking at his phone. It was definitely the right fit for him. I may even update my Versa 2 watch to a Samsung Active 2. I really like the features. I do not care for apple products. I will stick to my Samsung S10; which will pair well with this watch. It is a keeper.

Watch is water resistant and the battery lasts me about 3 days. Interface is smooth and doesn't lag. The haptic wheel is difficult at first but you get used to it. Great for quick calls, texting is awesome.

I upgraded from the older Samsung Gear 3 watch. It’s a sleeker look and has been excellent. The battery life is so much better from what i was currently getting from the Gear 3. Would recommend.

I bought this as a gift for my partner and he loves it (granted, he selected his Christmas gift so I hope he would like it). But, he mentions on a daily basis how he learns new features about the watch and “it is the best gift” he’s received in a while. I don’t have the watch myself, but based on his feedback, the features are much better than my FitBit and the work more consistently. He receives emails, text messages (with images), can make and receive phone calls, and download music. In addition to the health monitoring and information, this is a pretty cool watch. I am considering purchasing one for myself, but in a smaller size.

If your in the Samsung ecosystem then this is your watch. It takes advantage the most of what galaxy products have to offer compared to other brands and their capabilities.

The Galaxy Watch Active 2 is the perfect wearable accessory for those in the Android ecosystem, and it really shines when paired with a Samsung phone. The Active 2 comes in two sizes, compared to the first Active's one, which allows it to fit many different wrist sizes. The Active 2 also has an updated sensor package which improves its functions as a fitness tracker, though it's not quite as accurate as a fitness tracking focused wearable like a FitBit. The speaker and microphone allow you to make and receive calls as long as it's connected to your phone. It really feels like an extension of your phone. It can do a lot of things, some really well and some not as good, but the overall package is amazing.

I never thought I'd care for a smartwatch but purchased the Galaxy Active2 so I could track my run. I'm sold. It was easy to set up with my Galaxy S9. Does everything it is supposed to do well.

I had this watch for two years before retiring it for the Watch 4. I loved the ease of use and integration with Samsung phones. Excellent battery life.

Love this watch. It is very easy to use. It reminds me to move if I have been sitting for awhile. I like the way it looks. It is extremely durable because I am hard on watches. Highly recommend!

Love this watch. Its very comfortable and it's water proof. I have taken it with me to the beach the pool its great. I highly recommend purchasing this watch.

I ordered the color "aqua black" thinking it would be at least primarily black but it is more blue than black. Not a huge deal but it threw me off at first, I eventually got over it. It functions great and battery last 2 days. Overall I'm satisfied!

Recommend the active 2 - the calling features. Battery life is good - enough to miss a day of charging. Durable, comfortable and convienet Samsung did good on this product.

Best watch I've bought went through 8 different watches them tried the Samsung watch with s21 phone and it's by far superior to other watches 4 day battery life too

This smart watch is helpful when you want access to the basic functions on your phone without removing it from your pocket. I like the ease of access, but it's been years since I wore a watch on my wrist, so it is a little bit large and cumbersome.

Item is really impressive gave it to my dad ...he really loved it w...he can able to count his steps and all the stuff... different watch faces and the contineous heart rate..good battery

I came from an Apple Watch series 2 to the Galaxy Active 2 and the only problem is that i wished i switched sooner. Easy to use, easily customizable. And the display is hundreds of times better.

This watch is amazing. It does everything I want plus some. The text messaging and calling are flawless. The display is clear. Overall the watch is comfortable to wear and functions as it should.

This is actually my second Galaxy watch, I had the Frontier before, then swapped over to the Gen 4 Apple Watch and then this one. By and large, the features are apples to apples, and I find that whichever OS you use, the corresponding watch does a good job of providing you connectivity. My only complaint is that the watch loses "connection" with me if I set my security to Screen and Payment. So instead of having to input my PIN each time I want to go to an app, I set it to Payment only, but that just makes it take that extra 15 seconds at the counter when I wanted to pay, which is inconvenient to say the least. I've tried to keep my watch tight, loose and all degrees inbetween, but nothing seemed to work. The Apple watch was far easier to use in that one respect. One major bonus to this watch though is the glass. I had numerous scratches on the Apple, but absolutely nothing on either my Frontier or this one.

I use it every single day. It motivates me even more to work out more than normally. I like that it connects with some other app and keeps me on track with calories count.
