Great watch and feels comfortable! Very easy to use!

Purchased this one for my wife and she absolutely loves it. They do have a great system set up for pick up if you do not want to go in the store it was a pretty long line of cars when we got there and we were in and out in maybe 10 minutes. She is tech challenged and was able to learn how to use the watch to its fullest potential.

I really like this watch. I like the ability to change the watch faces and it seems to keep an fairly accurate step count. I've read a lot of views about it being inaccurate when it comes to heart rate, and in my case, it seems to report my pulse higher than it actually is. I don't know why a watch at this price point can't do that accurately. The applications and watch faces that you can download from the Samsung store are great.

Product working great. If you activate Bixby in the watch. The battery drains very first. I don't use it far calling. So if I do that always I think battery would drain even faster. Another problem is when I run on trademill, I cannot adjust how many miles I have run. Mostly it is wrong UpTo 0.3 miles

I really like my new Samsung watch. It is easy to read messages and send messages on. I like the look of it as well. The only thing that I found different than the reviews is that the charge only lasts 2 1/2 days, not 5 days, but I just charge it at night anyway. Glad I made the purchase.

I bought myself and my boyfriend these watches for Christmas. I LOVE them. There's alot that they can do. I have yet to learn all the functions but they are definitely worth paying a little more. The only issue I've had is my pulse isn't always correct. My boyfriend doesn't seem to have that issue though.

Watch has a bright display - easy to see even outdoors. Paired with phone easily, however, it would keep disconnecting at night even when near the phone. I would see no notifications, and would have to manually re-connect. As with many smart watches, the activity trackers were not the most accurate. Battery life was 3 to 4 days. Also has many nice watch faces that can be downloaded.

Great product for Samsung phon. I don't know about iPhone.

Hello All. I have experienced using Fitbit Watches, Microsoft band, Apple Watches, and Garmin Watches. This was my first Samsung Watch. The Build Quality is excellent, it fits just right and seems to be durable (Have not worn it long enough to give an accurate estimate). However for the price, which is a little less than the Apple watch which can control my Hue lights and my Nexx garage, pretty much most of my Smart Home, the Samsung Gear OS is severely lacking. I also do not care to download tracks onto the device, Amazon Music streaming Directly would be nice while on WiFi. Then there is the Activities tracking, I am talking about the manually initiated ones by me. The Run and Walk calculated anywhere from a Quarter mile to even a half mile different for the exact same route. I mapped it with google maps and was also using my Garmin watch which were very Identical. The Walk nor Run activity were close to either the Garmin or Google maps. Disappointing. Does it have great Integration with my Galaxy S9 yes, Bixby although is a pointless waste of space, but does it do half what what Apple does, no, does it get anywhere close to tracking activity like a Garmin, no (Not to mention the solid 10 Day battery life on my Vivoactive). Decent watch that should probably be priced more along the line of the $125-$150 Range.
