I told the salesman that I was specifically buying this watch to take my pressure. IT DOESN'T TAKE THE BLOOD PRESSURE. Also, there's no way to record the Oxygen level. It doesn't give alerts about your health. One has to record and wait for it.

It was too small for the intended party so I had to return the watch. What I was really upset about was the fact that Best Buy had the audacity to charge a $45 restocking fee. That didn't sit well with me at all and I will not ever purchase another watch from Best Buy again.

This was second time I tried an open box version of this watch. First one wouldn’t charge and this one wouldn’t go past the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 screen, it’s just kept on flashing the screen. The employees were great about the returns both times.

I have talked to Samsung and Verizon at least 10 Time. Samsung said the LTE version will not work on Verizon. Looks like it's going back to Best Buy and just get the Bluetooth version.

LTE not working

It will not receive text messages or calls on LTE. When connected to blue tooth it will not receive text messages. Did not catch this right away due to the holidays. The watch is defective.

Not worth the headache.

No one could get the watch to function independent of the phone. I ended up having to return it in less than 24 hours.

I was think the new Fitbit because of the battery life but I find the square face, such as the apple watch, very ugly. I decided on this one because the beautiful style and lte. I couldn't be more happy! If I use it moderately and turn it off at night, I can get about 9 days. (Only on when using it). Overall, best smartwatch I've ever used
