This is my 1st Smart Watch. I am a big Samsung fan and since I have the NOTE 10+ I had to get this Watch. So easy to use and make sure you download the Samsung Health. So much you can do with this watch. I Have the LTE PHONE so i am connected with my phone so if I forget my phone at home I can still make phone calls when out and about.

Husband is really enjoying the features of his Samsung watch. It displays how long/how many swimming laps, graphs exercise, monitors his vitals (waiting for the blood pressure app to come out), and he loves to read and reply to texts on it. Still learning all the features of this watch, but so far, worth it.

I paid $454.62 the refund I received was $411.36 there was a restock fee for $45.00 but there was a confusion because I ordered 2 of these and one was not opened and I was told when I returned these watches that the one unopened would not have a restock fee so I shoud have been refunded $454.62 not $411.36

This is a great watch, every bit as good as the galaxy watch. It is lighter and less bulky but works just as well, and the charger is much smaller and traveling with it is much easier. I recommend either size without qualification (I have both). The screen is the same size as the galaxy watches in a smaller package.

The watch performs well. Graphics are sharp, battery life is excellent and having Samsung Pay on it is a real plus. I do somewhat miss the rotating bezel found on other Samsung watches, but the touch screen is very responsive and easy to navigate. Email, notifications and phone calls all work without a hitch.

I also bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday, right before he was deployed & he was able to use this while in the field. Its very convenient & does almost EVERYTHING that your phone can do. I use my Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 daily, I cant live without it!

The watch is awesome. The screen is amazing. The only thing that I have an issue with is that if you have more than one; you have to unpair each time you want to switch up the watches. Note: I am using an iPhone. It might not happen with android phones.

This is the second galaxy watch Ive bought the first was the ladies for myself and then this one is for my son.. These are great watches.. I love the fact that we can put these on a contract of their own if we choose too.. They work well with LG Phone also..

Bought for the wife as a gift. Wife loves it. No problems with the watch. The only problem was the sales person didn't upsell me a screen protector. Make sure your carrier supports this watch before you buy it. The wife had to change carrier's because Metro doesn't support it.

This makes the perfect companion for any Samsung Galaxy phone user and of course can be enabled with it's own mobile plan. Very sleek and stylish and with the companion app is very easily configurable. It would be perfect overall if the price point came down just a tad.

Bought as open box in excellent condition with 2yr protection. When received, did not have correct watch band but Best Buy was quick to rectify. Have been using the watch for weeks now and would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed how easy it syncs up with phone and the app is very functional. I would prefer if it had facetime calling on the watch. The resolution is amazing. The speakers could be a little louder.

Great watch! Pair up with your favorite provider as a stand alone watch/phone, or pair up through bluetooth with your galaxy smart phone. Ease to use, and lots of customization.

I have been a loyal customer my entire life, but will never shop with Best Buy again, at least for nothing major like this smart watch. First watch I received was a Lemmon. Would not turn on and was returned to the store on my birthday. Replacement watch worked fine for a while, despite the process for adding songs being incredibly complicated. However, the LTE service was done incorrectly, and to this day I still cannot receive phone calls on my phone due to the way the watch was set up. Verizon customers beware. However, a few weeks in and the watch stops charging. I had geek squad protection so I take it in and am told the charger is broken. Instead of giving me the charger the Geek Squad member used to check my watch, he tells me they have to order the charger and have it sent to my house. 2 weeks, no watch. Fine. Received the charger, only to find they sent the wrong charger. First I call 866 Geek Squad member, who tells me to call parts store, who tells me to call Best Buy store where the charger was ordered, who tells me to call the 866 Geek Squad line again, who then tells me to call the parts store again. Okay. Parts store is now making me ship back the wrong part they sent me (I have to foot bill for packaging and my time, they pay for postage, gee so nice). But they don't have the correct charger to send me, so they tell me THEY WILL REIMBURSE ME. So after all that, now I get to go back to the store, spend my money to buy the charger off the shelf that they should have and STILL SHOULD just give me, so I can then turn around and file a claim with Geek Squad for the part they screwed up on. Really Best Buy? What a nightmare.

I love big wat h faces do this was perfect. The reasom I gave it 4 stars is because the color of the strap is a antique brown. Doesnt look horrible, i just preferred the pink leather strap from the 42mm watch.

While my wife sports the competition's fruit. I stay in the Galaxy. The watch is very capable although the ecg is still not active. The round face is stylish and can be worn with a suit.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY WATCH SO FAR!!!!!!!!!! It is SO HELPFUL with my job (not allowing phones with patients). The convenience is AMAZING and APPRECIATED!!!! I have wanted a Samsung watch for a couple years and GLAD I have the latest one!!!!
