Overall good smart watch, but battery life can be better.

Have had no problems and so far it’s working great

I didn’t wear the watch but bought it for a family member.

I like it, but I'm waiting on the update to turn on ecg

If you have AT&T, this will be a headache! The number sync constantly drops off, so it's basically nothing more than a Bluetooth model. Not sure how it works with other carriers, but if you have AT&T I would Not recommend! AT&T will tell you it's Samsungs problem and Samsung will tell you it's AT&T's problem. The stores will just keep having you reset the watch and it will work for about a day and then you will lose the number sync again.

horrible experience from beginning to end. Long, LONG story short...watch never worked with samsung note 10+ after paying for service with AT&T to add the line for the watch, after going to an AT&T store 2 times, after 3 visits to Best Buy, after countless phone calls to AT&T, after calling samsung....the watch NEVER worked. Would not stay connected to the network. Would not stay synced with my phone. Obvi I returned it and never looked back. Currently shopping for a fitbit or any other affordable fitness tracker THAT WILL ACTUALLY WORK!!! So annoyed. Samsung needs to consult Apple because i purchased my mom an apple watch for mothers day this year and she was literally up and running in minutes and to this day has had ZERO issues. The features actually work! Imagine that. She can take calls on her watch like it was designed for you to be able to do. It tracks her activity.. it stays connected to her apple phone...and she doesn't even have a newer apple phone. Wow! I only wish I liked apple products...i would be winning. But I am an android kinda girl for life so its the gutter for me I guess. Thanks for nothing samsung!

The watch arrived with must be bad hardware. It connected but then often disconnects. The firmware is up to date, im 2 days beyond my 14 day return policy. Here i was thinking it was my phone case, but my wife has the same watch and there's no issues whatsoever with hers

Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the Samsung Watch. This is the second Samsung that I've had the same issue. The back of the watch where it reads your movement becomes unglued and falls off, eventually it stops taking a charge and the watch is no good. If I had known that this was going to happen with my second Samsung I def. would not have purchased it. Atleast I had my first Samsung for 2 yrs. But my new one I purchased in July, it's now Sept. and I reached out to Samsung since it has a 1 yr warranty and they are telling me there will be out of pocket repairs because of abuse. Abuse? When you put the word "active" in your product name I would expect it to stand up to some sweat. Sounds to me that there is a defect in the design of your watch Samsung. Don't waste your money!!!

Overheats and shus tdown when in LTE mode and disconnected from phone.

Decent, but not even remotely close to an Apple Watch.

Finally gave up and returned the LTE version of the product and got the non-LTE. Setup was a disaster. I spent an hour with the Best Buy ATT person, who sent me home and said it would all "sync" overnight and be all set. Not the case. Spent an hour plus on the phone with ATT support, they could not get the number sync to work at all. Then went in to an ATT store for 2 hours, no success. Finally gave up. Ridiculous. I LOVE the watch, and am very happy now that I have gone back to the non-LTE version. What a waste of my time.

BestBuy Team Member along with Samsung stated that ECG would be available soon for the Active 2. Nearly a year later and this promised capability is still unavailable to those foolish enough to take Best buy and Samsung at their word. Samsung support says they have no date for when or if this capability will be deployed and could provide no information beyond that. Hoping my State Attorney General can force someone to reply. The good news is that their watch 3 is promising the same capability.

Do NOT swim with it! I purchased this watch May of 2020. For the first time ever, I decided to leave it on when I took my daughter in the pool. Within minutes of getting out of the pool, it started acting weird and is now in a constant "rebooting" flash mode. Of course I am just outside the 2 year warranty. It is definitely a design flaw. So upsetting.
