Constant overheating

She wasn't able to use it as every time she wore it for more than 15 minutes it overheated and quit working. Tried a few tips I read online and found out it was a common issue with this watch and the old watch 4 which this essentially is.

Best Buy couldn't fix it. I had to send to a Samsung warehouse. They couldn't get the parts. They kept the watch and gave me a crefit for a new watch. I used that to get me a different watch!

Not compatible with an iPhone

When I bought it I was told it was compatible with an iPhone. However it is not. The watch won’t work until it syncs with a phone. So, I couldn’t even turn it on. I’m not going to get a Samsung phone just to use the watch. It was disappointing. Best Buy gave me a refund without issue. I’m frustrated that technology works in competition and not in collaboration.

The band was all scratched up and the watch and band had a hard layer of grime and crud all over it. Best buy should be ashamed for even selling it. I was really let down because I trusted them and this a Christmas present for my Girlfriend!

This was the only item I could get that wasn't expensive
