Great watch. I love all the different watch faces that I can get! The only problem it has is that sometimes it disconnects from my phone.. but it's in the same hand that is wearing the watch!

this watch has some great feature, I liked it more than the Apple watch because the shape is the same as a traditional wrist watch, doesn't look apple. Seems to connect to my Iphone ok, but most of the time, when the watch notifies me of an incoming call, I cant answer it on the watch. I get a notice on the watch that it is not connected to my phone, even though the call notification just indicated it was.

So coming from a previous wear os to Samsung... This product is great. It pretty much does everything. You can answer calls because of the built in mic, receive and send text messages, heart rate and so, so many more. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I do get problems with the connectivity. If I'm a couple of distance away from my phone it will disconnect, even if I'm also connected to WiFi. If this problem changes... Then 5 stars.

I purchased the watch mainly to listen to music at work. Spotify absolutely kills the battery. I get about 2 or 3 hours of listening time and then it's done. On days where I'm mainly checking fb or responding to text messages on it, I can stretch it to a good 6 to 8 hours. Work days where I dont mess too much with it, it can easily last 2 days. I love the fact that it monitors the lack of sleep that I get as well as other things, even down to the cups of caffeine you have had. I never had an issue with it connecting to my bluetooth ear buds (even the cheap ones from ebay). There are quite a few times where my spotify will stop working but I feel that has more to do with the software and wifi connection. Call quality is as good as it gets for a watch. It's clear enough and definitely a handy feature. I did have an issue before where it stopped automatically connecting to wifi and I wasnt receiving text messages. I deleted the app and reset my watch and haven't had the issue again.

I am only few weeks into trying out this watch. I was not a watch wearer befroe now but with my new job was looking for a way to get my updates withpout looking to my phone all the time. That being said it is doing most of what I expected but does not always seem to connect to the wifi connections that are supposed to mirror off my phone settings so that if my phone is not close it can still get updates. Sometimes I feel this is alsop a reason for the battery life to go lower while trying to search for Wifi or trying to reconnect with Bluetooth. I really wish I would have waited for the cellular version of this to be released so that phone would not be needed and could be left behind sometimes., Overall I think that I like the watch and will continue to use and hopefully learn to make it more usefull in my daily activities.

I really like this watch and get loads of compliments. However, one thing that surprised me (as I had read a ton of reviews) is that I can only be about 30 feet from my phone for them to connect and the watch to work. It is nice to see my texts, email, etc on my wrist. But again, you have to be within 30 feet of your phone. At home, when my phone is charging in my bedroom, if I go to my kitchen a short distance down the hall, they disconnect and I can't get texts or calls. The call quality is good but it's a little awkward to keep your arm held up so the phone is by your face. Good for short calls but I wouldn't use it for long calls. Overall, I am very glad I bought it and love the color (rose gold)

I use a nokia android phone and for some reason I ran into the same issue with the watch not wanting to connect once back in range of the bluetooth I reset the phone and the connections and also the watch and still ran into the same issue over and over again and it wasn't completely compatible like it is supposed to be with android phones and I'm not sure why I even called samsung and they couldn't figure it out either. Nice watch just not fully functional for some reason and connection issues i have a gear s2 classic and have no issues just wanted an upgrade

After 2 broken phone screens, due to my toddler, I needed a way to stay connected without having my phone out and in reach of her. This lets me do most everything I need right from my watch keeping my phone out of reach from the wee one!!! Beautiful color and comfortable to wear!!! Only complaint is that when it disconnects from distance it seems not to auto reconnect when I am back in range leading to me missing a few things. No big deal though I've just gotten in the habit of double checking it's connected when I know I've passed max distance.

This is one of the best smart watches I have owned. I have also owned another smart watch by a competitor that also makes smartphones. This one by far is superior; it keeps me active and does every thing a smart watch is supposed to do. I opted for the one that doesn't connect to the mobile network (via sim card) only because I refuse to pay my wireless carrier any more money.

I love this smartwatch and am so glad I got it! The only thing I wish was better was that it worked a little further distance from my phone but asides from that its great!

love the watch and all of it's features. but samsung definitely missed on the interface. wish the watch could connect through google's app rather than forcing to go the samsung route.

With the sale price thought it was a lot of value for the money. Connectivity about an 8 out of 10.....a couple of restarts and software upgrade improved the performance.

I love my watch but I have a few complaints.... Battery - don't have the face on all the time and it's rare I talk/text on it. I got the watch so that when I am walking around my dental office/doing a home party i don't have to have my phone all me all the time. And I'm constantly having to charge it. Randomly disconnecting - at random times when my phone is right next to me I get a notification that the watch is no longer connected and i have to manually connect it

This watch was not accurate on my steps and calories. It also had a hard time staying connected to my Samsung phone

Overall, the watch is nice and looks good. It was a gift for my wife so it's a little bigger than she would have wanted, but she likes it. Would have liked it to be flatter on her wrist like the Apple watch. The watch seems to disconnect from her phone every once in a while and has trouble reconnecting. The battery life is less than a day with only notifications being used. She doesn't use the texting as much or phone calls.

I realized I didn't use this as much as I thought I would. I love the features, but I hate the feeling of being constantly "connected".

It's my very first smart watch. I dont like that it disconnects after just a few ft away from my phone. Other than that it is cool.
