keeps charge about 2 days using several apps and talking through it most of the day. loved the different face plates. this is the second one I have bought for loved ones. but after 5 months steps will not register accurately any more. for the first one that i bought

Has a lot more face options than Apple watch. The step counter is a joke though. Only starts counting after your 15th step. Great battery, really a good smart watch for the money.

Overall it works as I have hoped. I am not sure how accurate the step counter is, and sometimes it can get complicated to add a new widget. For awhile mine was not responding to certain commands like turning on with the flick of my wrist or by tapping the display. Then miraculously started working so a little to buggy for my preference but it does everything I need it too and looks like an actual watch which I forgot how much I missed having been an apple watch wearer for several years.

Even though this watch includes fitness components they are both difficult to setup and highly inaccurate. Out of the box I believed that the heart rate sensor was not working. This turned out to be a flaw during the setup process. The heart rate senor will only turn on when requested OR when setup to stay on the entire time. After fixing the heart rate sensor, the watch was unable to count flights of stairs. It turns out that this needed many permissions to turn on AND then still would only count flights of stairs occasionally. The truth is that this watch functions great for receiving/responding to text messages, reading your notifications, and playing music; however, this watch falls flat when tested against fitness standards. If you are looking for a fitness watch and smart watch in one AVOID this watch. You will be highly disappointed with the fitness features OR believe that you are making step goals when in reality the watch adds about 100 extra steps per 500 according to your phone.

I've been wearing my watch for a few weeks and I noticed the step counter is completely inaccurate. Each day I pretty much trace the same steps at work and I get random numbers that can be off by 2,000-4,000 steps. One day I put on the watch in the morning and walked 100 feet to my car and racked up 11,000+ steps. Seriously. To say I'm disappointed with that feature is an understatement. I have been a loyal Samsung phone customer for many years but I wish I had chosen a different smartwatch. That being said, the watch keeps great time, allows downloadable faces, and is great at sending alerts to things I should see on my phone. The calling feature is fine, though the volume is low and hard to hear unless in a quiet room. I wish the phone came with a more feminine, less bulky design for women that is not a shade of pink. I'll continue to wear the watch for now, but I'll probably start looking for something better, sooner than later.

I love the watch in so many ways but wish the steps could be more consistent. For a while they seemed to measure correct and then they seem to stop working correct and drop off. They never measure all my stairs correct. I loved the sleep report on my cheaper version but this one is hard to locate and the report is hard to read and does not even give enough data.

I so want to love this watch, but the step counter is totally off. With my S2 I averaged 12,000 per day. With this device my average is 4,500. I rebooted the watch, cleared the cash and my step total rests at 49 while Ive take a out 200 steps. The other functions of the watch are great. The non workout aspects are great, but I purchased a fitness watch. Im hugely disappointed.

If you want a good step counter this isn't it. But it's great for taking calls and rescinding to texts without getting your phone out. Had some good features.

I love this as a watch and all the neat things it can do and apps you can put on it. HOWEVER, as a step counter it fails big time. Hoping that Samsung can get an update together that fixed this. Other than that I love it.

I got this for Christmas. It is a good watch. I replaced my s2 with it. Like some of the new functions but basically same as the s2. The step counter doesn't work as well as my s2.

Battery last about two days and the step counter is a bit off, but other than that I absolutely love this watch.

This want does everything i need it to. The step counter sucks but i can deal. Great watch

The current UI is great although I think the step counter is a little light compared to Gear and Gear Fit.

There are many things that I like about my watch. However I would return it if I was not past the return date. The step counter does not count most of my steps, and Samsung does not seem interested in fixing the problem. I am a long time Samsung user,, and I hate Apple, but at least their watches work. Not a happy camper!

The step counter is way off. Woke up from sleeping and had already walked 75 steps. Then I have a Fitbit as well and they are 1000's of steps off. When I'm sitting it often tells me that I'm sleeping. Really bummed out.

I was loving everything about this watch. It looks good and feels like good quality material. I began noticing the step counter is inaccurate and the bpm has been stuck on the same number for a few days now. I've contacted samsung and I'm now waiting for their response. It's too early to have issues and while this isn't my most expensive watch it also wasn't my cheapest.

maybe i got a bad one, but the battery drains kinda fast, takes forever to charge and the step counting is far from accurate :(

I had this watch for a month and the step counter stopped working. I returned it.
