Very surprised with how nice this watch is. Love the fave of the watch and all it can do

Watch is great thankfully after the shipping experience it endured.. I did not realize that 'open box' meant OPEN BOX. The watch face was just bouncing around in the package, no protection. Did come with any information about the watch. Charger works thankfully and I received 2 Bands with it.

Nice watch but it was just too big for me. Color is really pretty though

It is a helpful watch for exercising but does not really work as a phone replacement.

It overall meets my needs. Just dont like that I cant listen to my pandora app on it

The Samsung Health app and this Smartwatch is great for my health maintenance plan!

I will preface this review by saying that I paired this with my iPhoneX and wanted to give a different perspective from someone "currently" not in the Android or Samsung camp. Also, this review is for the 42mm Midnight Black version, not the 46mm Stainless Steel. I have had quite a bit of experience with Android Wear (now Wear OS) with older watches like the Moto360 and the LG Urbane LTE second edition. I also had the S7 Edge along with the Gear S2. With that being said, my initial impressions are generally positive. The basics come in the box, including a wall plug with the standard Samsung Wireless dock, instruction manual, and an extended strap for those with larger wrists (like myself). Now for the pros and cons! Pros: -Wrist detection works great -the assortment of watch faces is a definite plus. Also, older faces that I purchased for the S2, still work. And I am happy to see that the online store , still has an abundance of other faces to choose from -Paired very quickly and pretty seemlessly with the iPhone -side buttons are firm, with little to no play in response time -Strong vibration motor for those times when you have to turn off notification sounds -the speaker and microphone are both also impressive for a watch. I made a few calls to family, and they said they could hear me loud and clear. Granted I was not somewhere extremely noisy, but I also heard them -Notifications were snappy -Fitness tracking apps worked as advertised, and is on par with most other tracking wearable out there, including watches from other companies. -Watch bands are easily replaced, if you do not like the cheap feeling rubber ones that come with it. -The screen is BEAUTIFUL and the colors are vibrant for a watch! Cons: -Tizen OS is STILL limited in app selection! - Smaller battery= less usage. I managed to get about a day before I had to recharge it again but I also rely heavily on my devices -Voice control is non-existent when paired with an iPhone - No actual way to reply to any messages, only read them. -Bixby is still very cold sounding. Compared to the other digital assistants out there, I would put Bixby at the bottom as it still needs alot of work With that all out of the way, I like this watch. It is a bit thicker then I am used to, but with all the tech packed inside, its understandable. Tizen has always been the achilles heel of the wearable line of devices for Samsung, but since my last tinkering with it, I will say it has grown in app size and improved. Someone with a Samsung phone that is already invested into their own little ecosystem, will not be disappointed with this watch. It is a good looking device and has a pretty good build quality. Those with past Tizen experience, will be happy to know that any watch faces or apps that you purchased in the past, should work just fine as well. BUT if you are looking to use this with something like an iPhone, be prepared to lose a bunch of functionality. In closing, yes I would recommend this to someone on the fence.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. Still going strong with no issues.

It is a great watch and serves it purpose but the bluetooth disconnects for no reason.

The heart rate monitor works fine. I wish the watch had more options with play music.

This watch is incredibly built. Screen quality is nice. Battery time is about 1.5 days if you have alot of notifications coming in all day. This is my first technology watch, and Im not overly impressed. But i do like it for my reminders and calendar. The phone quality is very good. Overall its has been pretty cool to have.

Does everything I need and more. The band slips when wet but otherwise it's good.

A little hard to learn how to use. I have trouble getting rid of duplicate wedges.

Solid smart watch. Could make water resistance better and add more sport features.

I purchased this for my wife as an upgrade to her S2 sport watch and it is a very nice looking watch. We had some issues with the software not functioning properly and had to reset multiple times before we eventually returned it. When Samsung rolls out some new updates and gets the bugs worked out I will purchase this watch.

Interface works well and features are nice. only con is the battery life

Great watch! Very stylish....except for the step counter; it is off by a long shot!

Looks of watch are great!! I have had trouble with it staying connected to phone and notifications. It is set to update regularly but I dont notice this to be done. I also have difficulty with heart rate and stress measurements. Says to adjust watch and when I do it still doesnt read. This is my 2nd watch of the exact kind.
