I put it on the charger and charged it to 21% without any luck. In addition, I am not getting the recommended 2 days of battery use. I went to the Samsung community and see that several other people are experiencing this issue. I have decided to return it. My suggestion is to do your research before purchasing. At $300+ price point, I expect more. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because I enjoyed the watch features while it worked...the get up and move notifications, answering calls, sleep monitor, etc.

I would recommend spending the money to buy the newest model with the longer battery life.

The only reason I could see this smart watch being useful is if someone wants to track their physical activity.

I can't use Apple music in my car anymore! It's a really nice watch, very comfortable, but needs to be paired with Samsung for phone to function properly.

Minuses- battery life extremely short have to charge every day and a half and band is cheap (I just bought a metal one off Amazon).

Ishould of read the reviews firsr in stead od listimg to your sales people. The step feature does not work at all. Even samsung could not help me I would love to get rid of this

The speaker loud and clear best security in the smartwatch industry you can lock your screen. Bloatware may slow down the watch after sometime. Recommitting buying a Best Buy warranty with this watch.
