Returned the first one, as the step count was way low compared to both manual counting and Charge 3 comparison. Second one is no different, so the complaints about that are real. Charging takes 2.5 hours vs. 2 hours claimed. Interface is not intuitive, and the phone app supporting it is awkward. We still can’t release the first watch totally from the phone. The wrist phone though works great!!! For $300, it is a phone watch that needs a babysitter.

This smart watch is good for people who would prefer it but I don't have no use for it when I can just use my phone instead

Aside from the Bluetooth connection to the Galaxy buds I think this is a nice watch. It looks good, the screen is nice, and the build quality feels good. I have a S10 and the Galaxy buds, and offline music with the Galaxy buds was unlistenable, the audio had breaks every fifteen seconds. This was a deal breaker for me so I returned it. The buds work great with the phone, So the best I could tell it was an issue with the watch.

Some apps that you'd use daily you need to download. Overall the watch is better than my old fitbit and I enjoy it. My night rider watch.

The charge doesn't last long. It hold charge for only one day then you have to charge it every day. It takes 3h+ to finish charging.

I love the way the Galaxy watch looks and the things it does. The battery life is supposed to be 3-4 days - I'm lucky if I get 24 hours.

If you buy the warranty it only replaces the watch once and then you have to buy another $70 warranty for the watch to be protected, Son's watch stopped working literally one month after purchasing. Had higher expectations for such an expensive item. Seriously disappointed!

Very unsatisfied with this watch. I tried to like it for 2 weeks but ended up returning it. Definitely not a fitness watch. It did not track steps, exercise or sleep well at all. I wore my Fitbit at the same time for 2 days and very different. Fitbit showed my workout and I had 5 thousand steps and Samsung showed no workout and seven hundred steps. My husband had the same issues with his.

It disconnects from your phone on its own so your messages, and notifications don’t come in

I thought I could get used to it but it was just too big for me. I am waiting for the newer, smaller, Samsung watch to go on sale.

The watch itself is not so bad. It is a bit big and heavy. The functions work well but I’m disappointed in the overall performance.

It didn’t play well with my iPhone. Locked up several times requiring a reboot of the watch. Ultimately returned the watch.

Loved the apple watch but absolutely hated the iPhone mainly iOS. Back on Android this watch is ok, real easy to cheat on daily steps, all I have to do is move my hand and Bam, 200 steps. I'm sure in time Samsung will catch up, they just need a little more r&,d and I'm sure will pass up and bury apple just like iPhone

The S3 needs to be reset constantly or you randomly stop getting text or email notifications. I wish I knew when I purchased this that you need to be VERY close to your phone for the watch to even work and then what's the point? Very thick watch face gets caught on everything. Very disappointed and not even using this after just two months. I think I will sell it on Ebay and recoup at least some of my money.

Luv the fact that I dont have to worry about water getting into it. The wrist band is awesome. Stretchly. And comfortable.

I got one and used it for a week and it would not fully charge. Exchanged it and started using the new one. I had to charge it nightly. I like the sleep tracker and cannot even use it. I shouldn't have to charge it EVERY SINGLE DAY! Loved the features... but the charging everyday was a deal breaker. And yes... I went in an made sure to turn off anything unnecessary for optimal battery performance.

Returned 2. Great looking, great features but wife was not happy withthe step counter.

Cool watch just don't like that it is always disconnecting the bluetooth by itself.

was good initially but the more i used it the shorter the battery life is becoming. it's not lasting a full 8 hours.

The battery doesn't last three days. It's giving problems getting stuck and not getting my messages....its annoying..
