Easy to text but not good distance range,dont like that u cant initiate FB messages but u can respond back to them

Had to return due to the fitbit did not work right. If Samsung ever gets the program right I will probably rebuy.

The bezel gets stuck. It's hard to hear on calls even with the sound up. Like that fact it is water resistant

Unfortunately, I had to return to Best Buy 2 times and exchange my watch. The day after purchase, the 1st watch was glitchy and lights flickered so and I had to exchange it. The following day, the 2nd watch would go dark when the watch/ face was touched, so it went back. Now I'm on the 3rd watch and everything seems fine but the experience was not great going in.

Looks good. Wifi connection off bluetooth difficult if not impossible.

I was really excited when I heard Samsung was coming out with an updated wearable, but this is a very disappointing purchase. It worked well the first 10 days or so, but now there is a major miscommunication between my Note 8 and the watch. It won't show notifications even though they are turned on. It doesn't update step counts to my phone even though that feature is on. And it took 7 days for the power off button to even load for me to reset it. I'll try to return it but I guess Best Buy only has a 14 day return policy, which feels like a very short window to test out a new product and its quality.

It overall looks good, sometimes it can be prone to get sluggish and needs to be reset.

This watch is cool on so many levels, but having a hard time switching workouts. Other than that, I Love it!

Watch is fine but the band is cheap. It would be nice if the store had more band options.

Weak battery life. My wrists are small but its still too small. Got the 46 instead.

Works well for tracking steps but has a glitch with stairs. Tracks distance that I swim and laps.

Watched worked great, except the back button would get a little stuck. Had the watch almost 2 years, and it randomly won't hold a charge at all, disconnects from the bluetooth on my phone, and has stopped giving me updates of calls / texts. It's become just a fancy watch now that won't hold a charge beyond 2 hours.

Good is not perfect but good. I have to change it because have some issue.

Had the watch, worked perfectly for a year. Then, shortly after the warranty expired I was sent an update that made it so the watch would not charge or would start to overheat if it did charge. Talked to Samsung, went through all the troubleshooting. Then they informed me that I would have to pay for it to be sent to be repaired since the warranty expired, even though the problem was their responsibility. Do NOT buy a Samsung watch. It's apparent this is a common problem when I was searching online for help.

I found that the watch often had to be resynced. And did not could steps or calories accurately.

This is the worst smart watch. Battery life is great but the rest of it is complete trash. I have owned 3 different Samsung watches and they get worse the more money you spend. Will be returning and guess I'm getting an Apple watch. For the price you would expect better engineering.

Bought this when I had the Note 9. Way too big for my small wrist. Wish they made a smaller one.
