The watch stopped working totally yesterday, June 1, 2020. This is less that 30 days from the date I picked received the watch on May 7, 2020.

Way too expensive to not do what i need. Can not receive my texts. Does not register my workouts properly. Records me watching a tv show as napping.

My wife did not like this watch. Returned it and got an Apple Watch. Apple Watch is trillion times better and blows watch out of the water

good watch but battery doesn't last the day. Wish I had gotten something else. Its a shame Samsung didn't do better

Don't care for the features. The watch is pointless to wear and risky to break if you work manual labor.

I pushase two watches for xmas gifts not knowing I only had a 14 day window to return them. Bad business best buy

If I go downstairs in my house lose connections. It doesn't connect to wifi. Battery life sucks. Dont waste your money

I paired this watch with my Note 8 phone. It was somewhat easy to set up. The directions were ok. I owned the first version of the galaxy watch and loved it. This one does not feel as luxurious. The watch feels more plastic, the quality is not as good. I found it a little more challenging to figure out how to use it, and navigate to different features. I also have an apple watch, so in comparing the apple watch, my previous samsung watch, and this one, I found this one more difficult to set up and use initially. After using for a few days, I am adjusting, and finding the watch to be pretty nice. There are a lot of cool features that I am enjoying. The size of the watch face is perfect for my small wrists, and band fit nicely. Overall, after adjusting to a different watch, I found this to be a great watch, and would highly recommend it.

The battery life on this watch is less than desirable. It does not last a full day! Very unhappy.

I loved all the app features and the ability to make phone calls but I didn't like the color

It was a waste of money since sprint does not have the program here for the wat h to be used

The Samsung Galaxy watch is the first smart watch I have ever owned or really messed with. Set up with my iPhone X was quick and easy, with out any real issues. The Galaxy watch app is basically useless for me. Over all I have enjoyed the watch, seeing my messages quickly, seeing my daily steps, and having a watch on my wrist for the first time in years has been fun. That being said, the watch has only lasted 33 hours on a single charge and I can not wear it to sleep or in the shower. I did develop a small irritation around the area where the sensor is on the back of the watch. The sleep tracking doesn’t work too well for me and it doesn’t track steps when pushing a shopping cart or mowing the yard. The built in work out features work well, tracking my walking and swimming worked well and I like that it paused when I had to take a quick break during the workout. I also liked the auto workout when walking over 10mins at a time. The 42mm size was a little large and height of the watch is a bit bulky for me. The rotating bezel works great to move between menus. I do enjoy seeing messages with out pulling out my phone. I made a couple of phone call for fun and I was told I sounded quite clear to them on the other end. Overall, the watch performed as I thought it would with the exception of the battery, I have to charge it every night. It is rugged and quite durable, I have not once felt like it was going to break.

I've been waiting for years now to buy a smartwatch because I felt they were all with critical shortcomings, either the battery life was too short to make wearing the "watch" worth it, or they didn't offer enough smart functions for me to give up my Tag. Finally, Samsung's latest galaxy watch has a nice form factor, >2days battery life, and with their watchface app store, I can find a watchface that looks just like my analog watches. Ticked all the boxes I needed, and the watch actually looks nice enough for me to wear to work comfortably. Finally.

This watch is not what i was expecting and the return policy es so bad.

Do not count my steps correctly and when I'm walking says that i'm cycling.

This is my third smartwatch, I have used moto gen 2 and apple watch. This one is the best in my lot. It looks good on the wrist, and the best part is long battery life and 42 MM size. I have a big watch collection including Burberry, Movado and every other morning I used to be confused between the sleek normal watch and the smart one, but this one has both. Thanks, Samsung !!!

He did not like it so it was returned.. it was a gift.

I had the watch for 2 weeks and it just stopped. No reason..
