I called customer service when it first arrived and they told me it's my problem they wouldn't exchange it. It had so many features on it I thought I would give it a whirl, little did I know I wouldn't be able to even use it properly. Sitting in the box since I got it.

Love to keep track of my steps, sleep patterns and like the new watch ad I can talk to people on it without having a separate number like I had with my first watch. The only thing I dont like is the cheap plastic band it comes with so I buy a leather one on Ebay.

She quickly flipped through the functions and I was blown away. What I didn't expect was the ability to receive and make phone calls from my watch. Imagine my surprise when my watch rang with a call from my husband. Bonus!
