I love this watch. Very easy to use. And the color its beautiful.

Overall it works as I have hoped. I am not sure how accurate the step counter is, and sometimes it can get complicated to add a new widget. For awhile mine was not responding to certain commands like turning on with the flick of my wrist or by tapping the display. Then miraculously started working so a little to buggy for my preference but it does everything I need it too and looks like an actual watch which I forgot how much I missed having been an apple watch wearer for several years.

I was surprised to see that I've had this watch for almost 2 years and have never written a review. Initially I was hesitant to switch from Wear OS (I previously had and LOVED the original Moto360 and Moto360 Sport), but after using this watch for just a couple of weeks I was blown away and haven't looked. Back. It's true that you don't get nearly the number of apps with Samsung as you do in the Play store, but what you do get seems to work flawlessly. Watch time is so much faster, responsive, and without lag/bugs than what my experience was with my previous watches. The rotating bezel is genius, and the watch has taken a beating, gone swimming and in the ocean, and accompanied me on every run (sometimes without my phone) and kept up well. My only complaint....is Bixby. Oh my, it's bad. Even with the lag on my WearOS watch, it still understood and did what I wanted, eventually. With Bixby, it's like I'm talking to someone that doesn't speak my language while being interpreted through a translator who's hard of hearing. To say it's hit or miss is being generous. But, answering calls on my watch works well in a pinch and other than Bixby I've been extremely pleased with the device.

like the watch, it does what I need it to do. i can track my sleep and fitness.

I love this watch. It is my second one because I mistakenly wore my first one in a hot tub after three years. I went out and get another immediately. I can't say enough good things. It functions great, there are great faces available for free, it tracks fitness excellently and you can pick and choose all the alerts you want. As I have mentioned, I love it.

I purchased this watch because its condition was being advertised online as open-box excellent. BBY's own open-box excellent description states, "Products in Excellent condition look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs — and include all original parts1 and accessories. The product will be in its original packaging or a suitable replacement box.2 (Product might not include the owner's manual or manufacturer registration card. Common home delivery products such as TVs and major appliances may still qualify for Excellent or Excellent-Certified condition without packaging or a box. With that being said, this watch had scratches on the bezel and buckle clasp, no charger, missing large size watch band and the small size watch band attached to the watch had visible dust/dirt on the band which was black. The condition of this watch definitely didn't meet the open-box excellent criteria advertised by BBY. Needless to say I returned the watch and got my money back. Open-box items are a great way to save money and help BBY get rid of merchandise that may be suitable for someone not looking for a new item. I'm a long-time BBY consumer and truly disappointed with this experience. I did buy the watch somewhere else and I'm VERY pleased with it!!!

Bought this watch for my husband because he was so envious of mine (I have the same one is rose gold). The watch pairs easily with your phone and allows you to answer calls, receive and send texts and operate your favorite apps without having to pick up your phone. The watch is stylish with multiple clock face options and water resistant.

Love the way the watch looks. It's a little big, but that's the style. Quality of phone calls through it is amazing. I don't do much with the watch except to take an occasional phone call and to alert me when I get a text message while working. I find it too cumbersome to text back on the watch and the speech to text doesn't work well for me. I would recommend getting a bumper amd screen protector for the watch to save it from scratches.

Not too big for average person, the silicone band is very comfortable for all day use. The screen is clear and bright. The features all perform as expected including taking calls on the watch when you can't get to your phone. Never ran out of power even when working double shift. Love scrolling with the bezel of the watch.

After using the watch for a month now I am very happy with it... I don't have to take my phone out of my pocket to see emails or text messages come in. I can respond to text messages with my voice and answer calls with my watch. Sound quality is great too. Build quality, battery life and user interface is great - I especially like the navigation by rotating the watch face!

Went from a Fitbit Versa to this and I love everything I couldn't do with my versa! Phone calling, managing my music, my workouts and more! The battery lasts me about 2 or 3 days before charging is needed but if you charge it every night or day when you go to shower then it adds about 3 or 4 days worth of usage before full charging is needed! Still enjoy it!

Purchased this for my wife. She loves it. Not to big and she loves the pink.

I was a fan of Fit Bit for many years, but they force me to buy the Samsung Watch and I'm very happy. Fit Bit would not let Best Buy give out service contract so I purchased the Samsung watch. Once I got use to the difference this watch works great with my Samsung smart pone. And I have a two maintenance contract with Best Buy.

I purchased this watch for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift, and she absolutely loves it. She is new to smart watches, and there is a learning curve, but just keep playing around with it, and it’s very easy to pick up on. She loves the color and the fit. I’m very happy that I was able to give her a special Christmas this year with something she has been wanting for a while!

I've had this watch for 8 months and still very pleased with purchase. This watch has numerous options. As usual, I don't use all of them, but the ones I do use are helpful and easy. One option I didn't think I would ever use was Find My Phone. I've had to use this 3 times in the last three days. Battery lasts approximately 2 days.

First off, I got this watch in sale at Father's day which saved me $50. Also, I'm already a Samsung phone user (Note 8). Seeing up this watch and connecting to my phone was a breeze and took about 20 minutes to get connected, updated and personalized which I did without reading any manuals. This watch had tons of options and features for customizing. I love the amount of information I can get on my wrist including reading emails, tweets, texts and taking phone calls. I thought for sure answering my phone via my watch was a total waste and useless feature but I've been able to grab calls a few times via my watch where I would've missed the call otherwise. I've had no complaints or questions if I was "using something different" to answer said calls which surprised and impressed me. I've been able to use my watch to respond to some texts where the response was short and use my phone less because my watch can get me the info I need faster and doesn't need to be pulled out/unlocked. My primary reason for getting this watch was wanting to track my health stats but have something that looked like a watch while also being waterproof. It does all that super well and clearly so much more. I thought since this was an electronic device at heart it would be fragile but I've been what I consider fairly abusive to this watch and it still looks brand new (no scratches showing on the band, bezel, or screen and I even did breaks on a car while wearing it). I tend to be fairly active and I use it for now than just getting the time but my two complaints are the battery life and the time it takes to charge it back up. I can only get about 2 to 2 and 1/2 days of battery life out of it at brand new and it takes a solid 2 hours to fully charge if I've used more than half the battery. That being said, I believe there are plenty of smart watches that are worse while giving you much less. I fully recommend this watch!

Samsung watch is easy to learn and use. Nice watch faces and the screen is very responsive to touch. Dial to select apps works well. I like the feature that keeps recent apps on the home screen. Only issue is it has priority in answering calls. I can then switch to phone but when i have it off my wrist and on the charger i cant answer my phone. I've tried to figure it out but no luck. Putting in theater nighttime or disable modes will work but usually forget. all in all very happy with it.
