I have very thin wrist so it was heavy and I didn't read the reviews before I bought it. The only thing I can say about it is based on the look feel and weight as i did not open the box or test it out before I changed my mind on it. Very Bulky, heavy and has gotten bad reviews... which convinced me to return it. It feels like a mens watch..

You get to pick which notifications you would like you get to pick which apps you would like and I liked the way you can get the notifications 30' away see you don't always have to have your phone in your pocket I definitely would recommend this watch, I used to have Ionic Fitbit

I think this is a very nice watch. Heart rate is extremely accurate. I was in the hospital with it and kept comparing it to the heart monitor. Most times was dead on but when it wasn't, it was still only up to 2 numbers off. I do wish the battery was better and that the software allowed you to see what time certain heart rates and sleep patterns were taking instead of just the today and range for the day. But that's not a huge deal. Future features would be nice though
