I love the fact that it counts steps even if I'm carrying something and my arms aren't moving. The app store is limited, but it does get notifications from my phone for apps it doesn't natively support. My only disappointment is that I get 2-3 days from the battery instead of the 4-7 that many people report.

I am a garmin user but after some research i found this watch more all around for her since she is able to use it for more than just recording sports and activities. So far i have heard only good things from her and she is very happy with the watch.

I called customer service when it first arrived and they told me it's my problem they wouldn't exchange it. It had so many features on it I thought I would give it a whirl, little did I know I wouldn't be able to even use it properly. Sitting in the box since I got it.
