Bought it as an anniversary gift. Performs well. Got doused in oil and still works. Water not much of an issue. Counts steps well, and tells you your altitude. Pairs well with the Galaxy set of phones. It's a watch, and a little more. Battery can last ~2-3 days with light/medium usage. Charges fairly fast. Was pricy.

Got this for my wife and she loves it Works well with her Samsung galaxy phone and other Android devices. The battery is great as well, it would last about 2 days until it needed to be charged. She only uses to send out SMS, check e-mails and occasionally checking her walking distance. Everything works fine. Don't know why some people give it a low rating. Just need to get use to the watch!

I absolutely love this watch! It does everything it claims and more. Battery life seems good unless your doing crazy work outs and it's tracking them, but all in all haven't had it die on me yet. The sound quality of the calls is really good, hubby says he hears me just fine. I'm super happy they finally came out with a girl friendly version! Super happy overall and definitely worth the buy!

I upgraded from an older version of a samsung gear fit and this watch is a lot better. The batter lasts on it for about 2 days on a full charge, it is easy to use and easy to set up w my samsung phone. Crystal clear screen and great apps to use on phone. Highly recommended for someone thats on the go and active to track all workouts, etc.

42 mm is plenty big. 40mm in the next generation version would have been a better fit for me. Watch is noticeably thick. It took a while to learn the features, (still learning) as it has most everything that the designers could thing of. Had to download the user manual. One nice feature is that it works with both apple iphones and the Samsung galaxy versions. I like the fact that it has screens that make it look like a conventional watch.

Bought this as a birthday gift. Watch is overall very appealing to an everyday use. The chrome rose gold finish makes the watch very versatile to casual to formal attires. The functionality of the face makes it very sync to your phone. Overall the watch is a great smart product for those who are looking to surprise their loved one with some tech-savy gadgets.

My wife’s old Galaxy was the series before this one, although it was the smallest size, it always seems bulky on her wrist. The new Galaxy Watch is lighter, the battery lasts longer and it looks my stylish and not so masculine. She loves the stainless steel design and the leather ban, makes it look classy

This is my 3rd Samsung Smartwatch-still use 2. I change them every 2 days because the newer of the 2 goes dead in approx. 2-2 1/2 days. Everything else I love the watch. I use it for reminders, my calendar, alarms, etc. However, for me the best use is when I'm in meetings and someone calls or texts me. I don't have to dig my phone out and get others angry, I just have to look at my watch and decide if it's important enough to excuse myself from the meeting nice and quietly.

Sufficient battery life, easy to operate, LOVE the rose gold.

I have had this watch for a little over a month and it does not disappoint. The battery life is amazing! I couldn't go 12 hours with my old gear 2, with this watch I can go 36-48 hours on a single charge. Also it looks more like a watch in comparison to some other smartwatches. I have had several compliments on the look of this watch.

this watch has some great feature, I liked it more than the Apple watch because the shape is the same as a traditional wrist watch, doesn't look apple. Seems to connect to my Iphone ok, but most of the time, when the watch notifies me of an incoming call, I cant answer it on the watch. I get a notice on the watch that it is not connected to my phone, even though the call notification just indicated it was.

I love this watch. I am a samsung phone user. I had the note 9 and now the note 10 plus. Watch works seamlessly with both models. I hardly ever turn the sound on to my phone as I'm in and out of meeting all day. Having the watch vibrate with messages and phone calls is perfect. I can quickly glance and determine if I need to be on the call or not. I'm in control of contact. I don't pay for cell service to the phone and just operate via bluetooth this works for me. On occasion I do answer calls with the watch. For short conversations the watch's microphone and speaker are sufficient. I wouldn't carry on a full meeting using the service. I also use voice to text with the watch on occasion. The one fault is the stairs tracking. I go up and down the stairs in my home daily and hardly ever do I get credit for stairs. I hiked in the rockies with pretty steep inclines and did not receive credit for elevation. I do use the treadmill and other exercise tracking on the watch. I also use the heart monitor but don't stake my life on it. I'm into basic fitness: treadmill, walking, a little jogging. The watch adequately tracks and my heart and transfers the data to samsung health.

I very happy with my watch. Great battery life, easy to use and comes in handy while I'm at work. I'm a CNA so I'm on the halls dining round most of the day. This watch give me the opportunity to check my notifications and answer calls with ease. I no longer have to dig in my scrubs and pull out my phone!

Got this watch for my wife and she loves it. We both had apple watches and we love the style of this a lot better. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that I wish it was easier to change the bands. The apple watch has samsung beat on that. Depending on the band you get it can be a little difficult to attach. Otherwise, the functionality, battery life, options, are great.

I'm in love with this watch. Just bought the Galaxy S9 a few months ago and I've always wanted a smartwatch. Thought it would be a good purchase and it ended up being great one. The watch is very versatile and you truly can make it yours. The 42mm is big enough, in my opinion. And the midnight black looks super slick. Definitely impressed.

So coming from a previous wear os to Samsung... This product is great. It pretty much does everything. You can answer calls because of the built in mic, receive and send text messages, heart rate and so, so many more. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I do get problems with the connectivity. If I'm a couple of distance away from my phone it will disconnect, even if I'm also connected to WiFi. If this problem changes... Then 5 stars.

My Samsung S3 quit working. So I purchased the Samsung Galaxy 42mm. Decided I wanted the 46mm, because of the size and battery capacity. I really like the new watch. It works great. I haven't tried to see how long the battery last, but it last longer than s3 did. I have a Samsung S6 phone and the new double charger and all works well.
