Easy to use, I like the features. Kind of chunky, hurts my wrist.

I got this to replace a fitbit that broke less than 2 years after purchase. It seamlessly synced to my Samsung S10. It has a classy look and I like how you can listen to spotify through the watch and you don't need to keep your phone on you all that time.

Still learning what all it can do. Very easy to use for the most part.

I really like this smart watch. Never thought I would use it as much as I do. It has so many neat functions but there are something's they can work on like getting a free map or GPS app. It is free to download on the watch but costs to have it on the phone. It is worth the money but it would be nice if it was just free like google maps. I recommended this product.

My sister has been dropping hints about this watch so I suprised her when she came from NY to visit for the first time and I handed the watch to her she was happy and it works well so for . She is a diabetic so she uses the Samsung health alot and track her steps.

Absolutely love this watch. Never thought I would actually need one but ever since I got it my life has been pretty good with the need of not having to run into other room for my cell phone and being able to track so much stuff

Love my new smartwatch. Not only is it beautiful, but keeps me up-to-date on what's happening. The only thing is I think Samsung could've provided a nicer watch band for the price. I did go on Amazon and found a great mesh band. Otherwise, I'm in heaven.

It work like I need to I list to books at work and when I need to start or stop I can go to my watch and puch the pause on it. It keeps track of my steps better then my phone does. It does what it says worth every penny my Boyfriend spent on it for me.

When the new Galaxy watch came out in August, I upgraded from the gear see because my battery like has been going down with every update. My biggest complaint is that Samsung pay isn't as versatile as on the previous model, but other than that I have no real complaints

Quality and features of this watch are good though the lack of Google play store and Bixby voice are holding this watch back from being great. Been a fan of Samsung but for them to start going the route like Apple are making me think of spending my money with other companies. I will keep the watch for now, but thinking of getting the tag heuer connect.

I love color it works great but I bump it on a wall and it chipped

This was my my Wife's Christmas gift. She didn't ask for it but after I bought me a Frontier I picked up on hints that her Gear Fit2 wasn't going to cut it anymore. Samsung still needs to add more apps. For instance both of us would love to get Nest notifications. If the cameras picked motion, my old Apple watch would display an image of whatever the culprit was.

Its waterproof, comes in all black, and is not big and bulky. It's been nice not having to take my phone out for every phone call or text and it allows me to turn the volume up and down on my bluetooth headset. Great product, not really any complaints here.

Does all its functions properly, has an incredible amount of watch faces to customize your background. Handles small bumps and nicks as you go about your day very well and still looks visually appealing. Only downside the bixby feature can be so much better.

Purchased for my wife. Not much difference from Gear S3 since Gear S3 does not comes in 42mm so stuck with Samsung Galaxy watch. Looks - 4/5 Bezel - 4/5 Sleekness - 3/5 Functionality - 3/5 Battery - 3/5 The battery is not as good as they say but best in the market. Runs 2 days maximum.

I love the watch. Has useful apps. Monitors health and is capable of playing music. I looked at a lot of other options and settled on a different watch until I saw this one. I really like the bezel. The bezel let's you navigate through screens smoothly.

I love it amd it's easy to work for calls, messages, and apps

had terrible trouble with the Samsun phone connecting to the Verizon Wireless network. Both Verizon and Samsung were of little help. After many phone calls and escalated complaints, Verizon finally replaced it. But this as the pandemic was starting and it must have taken 40-hours or more. Verizon couldn't only be contacted via socia media chat platforms and that was terrible inefficient. hours would go back as you would get a chat message periodically and respond and then wait for Verizon to respond. I escellated it and final got an upper tier help desk to return the call, but that took forever and lots of public complaints. perhaps a non-verizon branded phone would have been better

My Samsung- Galaxy watch. Comfortable, convenient, never leave home without it. Whether at home, gym or at the River I use it always. Water resistant (water lock) mode helps me keep it damage free!
