Great looking and comfortable watch. Great for tracking exercise.

Samsung always have made quality products and this was no exception. I wear this watch everyday and have had no issues with it at all. I did buy a new band for it only to personalize it.

I had rolled the idea around for some time. I am a previous fitbit owner. It was dying and decided I needed to step up to a better model . I have not been dissatisfied or let down. The product delivers, is convenient, water resistant and ACCURATE

It was easy to use, like the style, still need to figure a few things.

I can’t say much details about this smartwatch because I bought it for my sister who has a galaxyS 8+. I know that she loved it! Only problem with it was the material of the band. It caused her skin to be itchy and irritated so she had to buy a new band made with a different material. Overall, she hasn’t made any new complaints so I’m assuming is a good smartwatch.

For me the setup was a little tricky but I will take part of the blame. I should have deleted my old Android setup first. Not a big deal. I was a little worried thst I wouldn't like it as much as my Asus but it has by far exceeded my expectations. I am very happy.

My wife wanted the fitbit but the best buy sales guy recommended this instead. Wife loves it. The texting and phone features on this thing are top notch, and make it super easy to read messages and answer phone calls when your phone is not physically on you

The watch features are awesome. However, the watch itself was a little on the bigger side for me. I love being able to respond to my text messages without having to constantly reach for my phone, but I could only go so far with the Bluetooth connection.

I got this watch as soon as it was available in stores and haven't had any problems with it. It tracks sleep, workouts, heart rate, food & drinks, etc. I always get compliments on it and it doesn't look bulky like some of the others with these features.

If you're thinking about getting a smart watch to go with your samsung phone, this watch is the way to go. Loving the spinning dial, the find my phone or find my watch feature on here. Once you have it, it's hard to think you lived life without it

I got this watch when i exchanged my 46mm which was to big for my wrist. Love all the features. The battery doesn't live up to its hype. The sales person that handled my exchange was by far the best i've ever had at any store, not just Bestbuy. Hold on to her, she was fast, efficient ,knowledgeable, and kind.

I love the changeable faces and it's a beautiful color/finish. The watch is heavy. You have to wear it pretty tight to your wrist to get accurate heart rate, and I question some of the step counts, auto exercise counts, etc. Still trying to learn what it can do. I would like to know how to change it to wear on my other wrist sometimes, so that buttons face out.

By far, this is the best android smart watch on the market. The only draw back is the unavailability of a closed band. As an owner of the gear 2 neo, it does take some getting used to turning the watch face to access apps. All in all, best value for your money.

Finally I can leave my house without patting my pockets for my phone. Whether I am going for a run or out for shopping I am hands free!!! Records my workouts and keeps me connected to my business - just what I wanted at a decent price.

Nice smart watch with good battery life, it lasts all day.

The watch is great. I love that it connects to all my apps I use for work. My calendar is set to remind me of next client and my watch dings at the 10min mark. It keeps me on time throughout my work day. Also is very accurate with daily steps.

Fitness tracking features are not as good. Heart rate monitor does not work properly with intense workouts. calorie counting does not track workout intensity and heart rate elevation. Battery life is ~ 2 days with modest use.

I love my watch. I literally depend on it for everything. Its nice not having to reach for my phone every time something comes in. I pick and choose when I have to go searching for it.

It's a great SmartWatch with everything that you need. however depending on what phone model you have may have issues with the Samsung wearable app. I have a Google pixel 2XL and I have issues with the app loading or customizing watch faces. Luckily, you can select watch faces from the watch app store so you can work around it in the meantime.
