Things I like (Pros): -- Keeps count of my steps correctly (was a problem with my Garmin) -- Easy to read text messages -- Caller ID and Pic from Contacts (Phone) is displayed Things I don't like (Cons): -- Battery Life does not last me 24 hrs - too many notifications from phone (Only 8 apps enabled for notifications);Was aware of this limitation so not an issue for me. -- Floor Count (Going up and down Stairs as part of Wellness Program @work is not accurate)

I wish the battery would last long but this is due to her constantly using the apps on the watch which drains the battery. The watch is fast responsive and does come with a charging dock.

I also now find myself trying to beat my previous days steps and the sleep tracker is awesome. I am so glad I bought this
