    Not sure why I needed to have this watch. It does show all my phone notifications so I don't need to take my phone out all the time and the health app is nice to have.

    The deal breaker was it doesn't have the classic look and the watch band felt cheap. I love Samsung but sometimes they just miss it. I returned it and put back on my Classic gear s

    I am not sure if the problem was the watch or the service. This was a present for my son for Christmas. The idea is that he can leave the phone at home and he can go running with the watch and still receive phone calls. At least this is what the ads suggest. Online order from BestBuy. Prompt delivery, happy Christmas Eve. Instructions are minimalistic, after connecting with phone the system requests an activation code and there is no information about this. 2 trips to the local AT&T stores, one trip to Best Buy. Best Buy would not provide any support, whatsoever since this is an online order. Purchased extra data line from At&T, the watch is connecting but NumberSync, the service that allows the watch to function on the same phone number as the phone, would not connect. The final activation is not going through the watch. 6 hours on the phone with customer support elevated to the highest level. The final conclusion is that they do not see the watch's eID which should have been activated by Best Buy. 2 weeks after Christmas I gave up and today I returned the watch to Best Buy. They made me pay $45 restocking fee. I learned my lesson. If Best Buy does not stand behind the products they sell that I would never buy anything from them again. Is to bed because the watch looks really cool and it could have been so nice if it had functioned....

    It would be nice if the bands attached easier similar to the Apple watch. Also Bixby is terrible and lacking the ability to install Google Assistant is irritating.

    According to the item spec: "Go nonstop for days on a single charge.² The wireless charger lets you power up without slowing down. ". REALLY? I can't get through a single day without putting the watch in battery saver mode or it dies. This is just a flat out lie! I love the watch. I wish the battery would last a full day.... and especially I wish that the manufacturer would not lie about their own product specs!

    I purchased this product under the assumption that it was the new galaxy watch 3. An employee at the store had printed out an open box sticker and it covered the front of the box. But the sticker said it was the new galaxy watch 3. Turns out it was the galaxy watch. The 2018 model not 2021. And one the 6th day or so the watch face went green and I couldn't see the watch. After I googled it I found out that is a common problem with the 2018 models. So I returned it and paid the difference for the new galaxy watch lte 3. And if you want a good a watch i highly recommend to go ahead and spend the extra $100 and get the 3. It is so worth the money. Best watch hands down.

    Less than 8 months after purchase, the watch started overheating whenever the screen was on or when charging. Now screen is distorted and losing power on the charger.

    It’s a nice looking watch, almost all the apps are third party apps. No google play store. Switched to an Apple Watch and their is no comparison.

    Got this as a gift. Store was out. They shipped. The guy spent countless hours, days, and weeks between Best Buy in Cincinnati and Verizon. No one could get it to work as a cellular device. The watch was returned! Then purchased directly from Verizon. They too were NO better! They couldn’t get it to work as a cellular device either! They watch also returned! No one between 3 company’s could get it to work and they included Samsung.

    I spent TOO much for this watch to malfunction a month after my warranty ended. It turned black and is nonresponsive. This happened with my last Samsung watch as well, so I replaced it with this one, which was newer, hoping it would last longer. Expect to replace it within 3 years, if not sooner.

    Have been back to the phone store and best buy more than 3 times and they still cannot sink the watch so that I can take calls on it. Why does the technology have to be so difficult for this? I'm going to try one more time and its going back if they cannot get it to work.

    This watch is nice but it will be great if the service reps. can get it to work like a smart watch like its meant to be. It only work when the phone is within distance.

    Second watch has failed on me both within less than a year and both from manufacturer defects one was a battery the other was the screen
