it cant do what i want it to do and if i return it i have to pay stocking fee

This is absolutely useless and is garbage compared to the Apple Watch.

Husband was not receiving phone calls or text messages at all. We returned the product.

U did not offer the insurance on this product and Samsung will not warranty it

Neither smart watch I bought worked properly neither would hold a charge

It's not unlock love the watch can't wait for att to come out with it

Could not get it actavated so i returned it for my money

The device is unlocked. However, T-Mobile is the only carrier that currently supports the activation of this particular watch, so I can understand the confusion. Once the other carriers support it, it will be able to be activated with them and I'm sure the description will be updated on this page. Best to wait until your carrier announces they will be carrying this watch before buying it. Otherwise, just use it with Bluetooth until your carrier opens up the compatibility. Other than that, I get at least 3 days of battery and the watch charges super fast.

The watch is beautiful. I have used this to speak on the phone when my phone was not with me and it works great. Calls are clear and people don't seem to have issues hearing me. Be sure to use the new Galaxy Wearable app instead of the old one. I had some issues initially of losing connection to my phone when connecting my phone to Android Auto which caused battery issues, but Samsung seems to have addressed this since the issue has not occurred in the last month. The biggest issue I have with this watch is the strap. I broke out in a rash wearing this strap. I have worn other silicon straps on other watches like the FitBit watches and have never broken out in a rash before. I purchased two Milanese loop strap watch from Amazon (one black and one silver since look good with the watch's two tone color).

I wear this watch every day and love it. My main goal was to be able to go to the beach and swim, or go for a walk or run, and leave my phone at home, but still be connected to my family or friends while I was out and listen to music as I exercised. This allows me to do just that. I walk/jog to the beach, go for a swim, come home, j ump in the pool, use it on the boat, take it on waverunners and go anywhere else I want without having to worry about bringing my phone with me. I must say, the speaker and microphone on this watch for making calls is incredible. One day while I was on an eco-tour taking a waverunner down a river, I saw an e-mail from a client pop up on my watch and I had to call them right away - I called from my watch, while on the waverunner heading down a river and not only could the client hear me, they actually asked which headset I using as it was the clearest call they had had from someone on a cell phone. Of course, they were shocked to learn I was simply using my watch without a headset to make the call. If you want to get outside and enjoy the water/beach/open road but still need to stay in contact with family, friends, or clients - this watch is a must have.

Its a great device to see notifications without using your phone every time. LTE streams spotify for my outdoor sessions and keep my texts coming in even though my phone is at home. Sprint has not released voice over LTE yet so no calls can be made from it. I have a Note 8 so it has great compatibility talking to to the watch. I feel its a typo on the "Only activates on T-Mobile" in the product description. My phones gear app activated it thru sprint for me. Took only 5 minutes to do so.

I bought this watch a couple months ago when it was first available. I had to return it because T-Mobile was the only carrier who supported the watch at the time. Now that all the major carriers support it, I decided to give it a try. For those with AT&T be sure to go into the store because you will need a QR code that is not provided by Samsung or Best Buy in order for this to be activated to your mobile plan. More info can be found by googling Galaxy Watch Activation. The longest part was getting the line added to the plan. The actual activation of the watch itself is a breeze.

Had Bestbuy activate the watch with Verizon with no problems at all. Signal is great. Battery life when connected to the phone is 3 days but standalone will get about 12 hours. So if you want to carry this watch a full day without the phone, it's not happening. Still, I would buy again. B+

Was worried about all these concerns about this watch working under Verizon, and that it was exclusively made for T Moble carriers. Bought this, took it home, went through the whole opening set up process, established Verizon as my LTE carrier, and its been going great.

Really happy with this watch. Its my first smartwatch and was super easy to get set up and to use. Build quality is excellent and getting 3 days on the battery. Using it for work and also for tracking health. I bought the unlocked version so when the carriers get their act together I can get connected.

Does all that is advertised however this is previous model based on TIZEN O/S with limited selection of apps only available on Samsung store that has very poor navigation. The newest Samsung watch has the apps on the Google Play Store that run on the newer WEARO/S. The most used functions for network are hard to reach so the human interface is not well designed.

After a couple months of owning the watch I have learned it does not work well at all for what I wanted. Main thing I wanted was to stream music with Spotify while I run, cut the grass, or at the river. The watch is terrible at it. The watch over heats and stops the music and most functions while on LTE. It even overheats on LTE while doing nothing but it's normal functions. The battery drains extremely fast on LTE as well which is to be expected, if it wouldn't overheat I could live with that. Also the watch has horrible Bluetooth connection. I have Jabra Elite wireless buds and the music cuts in and out. I just cut the grass with just the watch and it is very very irritating. When I have my phone in my pocket and buds connected to the phone it plays perfect, no skips. The watch does not work well for what I wanted and I am no stuck with it. Paid an extra almost $150 for LTE capability and it's pointless. I highly recommend not wasting your money on the LTE version.

Absolute love this watch. Its time for an upgrade. I do alot of diesel repair so i get really messy and this watch has been with me.

Bought an open box online. Verizon said it was NOT compatible. Otherwise, it would've been a great watch. There is definitely some glitch causing some watches not to work with Verizon. Returned watch even though we just wanted one that actually worked with Verizon (since apparently there are some that do). Associate wanted us to pay an additional $35 to exchange the watch because they didn't have an open box. Best buy sent us a device that did not work as advertised (not unlocked for verizon), that is not our fault... I shouldn't have to pay more money because best buy screwed up!!!
