Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Be advised this watch does not support a single Google app. It appears Samsung is taking a page out of Apple's book and is making products that are designed to force you into their eco system. If you want to use Gmail you'll need to go through the Samsung mail app. No Google play store, you're limited to Samsung store apps. It's an extremely watered down and restricted version of Android. I returned after just one day of wear. Get it together Samsung. You were successful because you were open and gave people freedom of choice. How can you claim this thing syncs to my phone if 70 % if my apps aren't supported.

It is beautiful, but neither email nor SMS notifications are available on the Watch unless you are using a Samsung Smartphone. How would you know this, since it is not documented anywhere on the Box, the Website, nor in the Stores?? This makes zero sense - a beautiful Samsung smartwatch that doesn't fully work with the two major Smartphone Operating Systems? Something has to be wrong here!!

But then you try to hook it up to your phone and you find out unlocked is not what you think it is. You have to scroll all the way down to see that in the language of Best Buy, unlocked means you can only use it on T-Mobile, the smallest service provider in America. Some say that maybe you should just buy it and wait for your provider to support it, and just use it with wifi or Bluetooth. The problem with that is that Verizon does not assure you that they will EVER be able to support the model currently being sold as they are a CDMA network. VERY MISLEADING.
