I really liked this watch. It worked nicely with my phone. BUT the step counter is WAY off. Just search for Galaxy Watch step counter and you'll see. I contacted the Samsung US CEOs office. They didn't have any word on when a fix was available, or even if there was one in the works. If I had an ETA on a fix, I would have kept the watch. But I wound up returning it. The steps being off that much was a deal breaker for me.

Again I purchase another open box item and you can't tell the difference from a new item.

I have no complaints about the watch so far. I did, however, replace the strap with a metal one from amazon. That was an improvement for me. My wrist is on the thicker side and the strap included was not really cutting it.

Works and pairs very well with Samsung phone. This is a great addition for a Samsung fanatic I would recommend this to a friend

So far so good. No issues, great watch. Just got some after market watch bands for it and couldn't be happier.

The sales associate told me I can use it like my phone. Actually not only works through Bluetooth. I cannot add a line as I was told. Other than that it's really nice. If you only want Bluetooth it will work for you.

Great watch but I returned it since the Watch3 went on sale the same day this was delivered.
