The pedometer is not working. I ran 3.3 miles and the GPS only recognized 1.3 miles with zero steps the entire run. Samsung wants you to send the watch back and to allow them in at minimum 2-3 Business days to ship, an additional 5-7 business days for repairs, and then 2-3 more business days to ship back. All with the stipulation they deem it as fixable under warranty. Needless to say, I am returning the watch today. I will forfeit the money I used to get the extended protection plan and call it a lesson to not buy their products moving forward. I cannot support a company that does not stand by their products.
