Didn't realise it until a week later after it had been opened and used that the service agent didn't offer it. It is something I value from best buy so I'm unhappy about that otherwise I'm super happy with the watch and all its features

I am a transplant recipient in recovery and need this feature but.it does not work. That sucks but Everything else is great3.
