We're love our galaxy watchs best investment ever.

I bought this watch at the recommendation of a friend who had been urging me to get a Samsung Smartwatch for a while now. I finally listened being that I have a need for fitness and health monitoring. I could have easily decided on a watch more targeted for those features, but decided I would go all out and get something more robust. So I bought the Galaxy Smart watch last September, and while it has performed well enough the 6+ months that I've had it, it also wasn't without its quarks (such as momentary slow response) and would have at least earned a 4/5 star review overall. The health monitoring worked very well, and I loved that I would get inactivity notifications when I was sitting for too long a period. However, said features are no longer functioning after a software update early in March 2021. I am no longer getting the inactivity notifications. This is very concerning because I also now have (2) Samsung 8000 series premium TVs (one model down from the top unit from 2016), (1) Samsung 7000 series TV, (1) 6000 series TV, (2) Samsung 4K UHD blu-ray players, (2) Samsung Galaxy premium phones (Note 8, Note 9), and a 49" Samsung gaming monitor. EVERY one of these devices are also experiencing glitches, most of which were immediately following a software or firmware update. And now for this smartwatch to also exhibit performance problems for important features has left me with little faith in Samsung being able to provide longevity and long-term support for their products. I should note though that I am also not an average user and tend to use the features that most people ignore or are not aware exist on most electronics. Samsung has proven time and again that they are not for people like me. Samsung products look amazing and have great build quality, and on the surface are very functional, just don't dig any deeper into the features. I am without question switching brands and do not intend to spend another dime on Samsung products.

Worked great at first. Overtime had issues with the programmed settings. Help support and Google were not of assistance to resolve the issue. Stopped using and went back to their competitor.

watch is fine does what its supposed to seems well built and durable. the silicone band sucks they are uncomfortable as hell. Its sticky it sweats in 20 degree weather, why would anyone want silicon near their body.

The built is awesome! Great quality, yet the memory is so little and makes the watch kind of useless. The bezel color fades quickly. I would give it 5 star if it had more volume that I could put some useful apps in it.

The watch can do everything and its waterproof now!

This watch is great. My husband got me one as well.
