This watch looks great. Works great when next to my phone once I'm not next to my phone it does not work.

I brought this for my man and he loves the watch. The problem was the band broke on it. So he had to order a leather band for long time usage. Other than that he adores the gift.

Works well with Android OS and Samsung features are great. Super fast compared to earlier versions, but can't be kept on whole night for sleep tracking. Can't be replaced by a true fitness tracker.

I love the style of the watch it works 2/3 of the time sometimes the notifications dont show up I have to click to see them sometimes other than that it's a good watch for the price I paid!!

I already own an S3 Frontier. I wouldn’t consider this an upgrade as much as another option with a different look. Battery life is excellent and much improved based on my limited testing. The bezel is improved as is the watch strap comfort which was a nice surprise. Health tracking is improved. The design is a Frontier and Classic combined. I was skeptical until i seen it and used it throughout today and i see where Samsung was going. The only negative is Bixby. It’s brutally bad otherwise it’s well worth buying if you like the look. I’m certainly happy with it. The geek squad protection is not cheap but i broke my Frontier a month ago and walked out with a new watch no questions asked after a year and 3 months so grab that also for peace of mind if you want. I have both and they serve 2 different looks which isn’t a bad thing.

In My opinion, there is no major upgrade from Gear S3, added few workouts and helps in swimming. apart from those everything is same as S3.

My husband liked this watch but unfortunately he works with water and everytime it would get wet the screen would black out for a while. So not worth keeping to me

I purchased this watch for my boyfriend for Christmas and after less than 3 months, the dial fell off along with the plastic gasket underneath it. I have owned numerous Samsung products and have not had an issue after less than 90 days. I contacted Samsung as the watch has a year warranty. I received a repair ticket number and returned the watch and pieces. I received a call today saying that they would not repair the watch and that the LCD has impact and requires a new screen at a cost of $220, A ridiculous cost considering a new one is less than that. The repair center deemed my watch out of warranty because in order to fix the dial you need to replace the entire screen, therefore they code it as "LCD impact". This whole experience makes me want to rethink re-purchasing all the Samsung products in my home when it is time to upgrade. Extremely disappointed, and disgusted that Samsung is okay with their products lasting less than 90 days!

This is a very elegant looking smartwatch that has some major issues. The step counter is very inaccurate and will often register about 50% of what my phone registers. This is not acceptable. If you don't care about step tracking, the watch is awesome. If you do care about step tracking, this is not going to make you happy. Returning mine.

The watch only held battery charge for 4 days. In save mode the battery holds up to 7 days of charge i wish it would hold the battery life longer with using all the functions.

There is not much difference from the previous model. So if you have the previous one it’s best to save your money. Great quality as always but just not worth upgrading.

Not the best, after a year of regular use, battery life seems to be on his lasts days, only lasts 2 days whennitnise to hold 4-5 days.

Wish the watch wasnt as bulky, else it would really get 5 starts. Amazing watch with amazing battery and that excellent rotating dial.

I love my watch, even though I can't wear it that often...It looks professional and I have a spigen tempered glass, and spigen case...

I bought this watch for my husband. He liked it except it caught on his backpack, fell to the ground and shattered. Not exactly Military spec as advertised.

I recently bought and Android phone and wanted a smart watch that would pair well with my Note 20 Ultra phone. I bought this one because I liked the traditional look. The watch is very nice, but I didn't like that it is geared towards using the Samsung apps for messages, etc. I like using the Google Messages app and it doesn't work as well with the watch. I ended up returning the device for that reason.

The heart monitor wasn’t not functioning properly didn’t like it at all

Love the watch but after a year of using the watch, the battery will last for one day. Don't understand why this keeps happening with my watch.
