Until it started overheating 20 months later. Definitely for $300 watch i would expect it to last longer than 20 months. Into the trash it went and we will never buy a Samsung watch again and warn others! It was never in the shower etc nor swam in fyi.

The round ring on the top of the watch broke and my husband ordered the broken part and could not fix it. He took it to a local watch dealer that has been in business for over 25 years and was told that his watch could not be fixed. So, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT...

A few days after having the watch, the charge wouldn’t even last an hour. Dies fast and takes forever to charge. I called to see what we can do considering I had only had the item for a week, the rep said they can’t help me. Terrible item, terrible customer service.
