Very nice watch. Has the look of the traditional watch. Battery life is awesome

bought this morning and when I open it it did not have a charging dock the belts are greasy and worn like if was used for years and in the descriptions was exelent

After 5 months started having issues. This is the second Samsung Smart watch I purchased as a gift for my husband. Second one to have issues.

Ok, so I must begin by saying I'm an Android fanboy. I think the iOS is excellent, but for me, it just doesn't compare. I've had iPhones and the corresponding Apple watch (work provided) and I found it to be average at best. I have had the s3 Frontier for a few years and it was my favorite, but I moved from a Samsung phone to the new Google Pixel 3XL. I had connection issues and some other issues with the s3 so I upgraded to the new Samsung Watch. It is truly the best there is. It synced up immediately with no issues. The screen is beautiful as expected from Samsung. The health monitoring on there is best in breed and goes well with S Health. The spinning bezel makes it so easy to navigate, and the amount of options, apps, and personalization make it the only watch I wear now (and I have a ton of "regular" watches).I've tested the battery and I've gotten about 4 1/2 days with heavy use. Pretty insane. I don't have the LTE version which just means you need your phone nearby to make a call. The quality seems better on this model compared to the Frontier, but it's super easy to use and overall excellent - especially if you're driving and don't have bluetooth. The only cons I see are if you don't have a Samsung device, some things don't work like the alarm. When I had my Samsung s8+, the alarm would go off and I could silence it from my watch, which I can no longer do. Same thing with calendar reminders. Not a bad thing but if you want that feature and you don't have a Samsung phone, think twice. I am personally hoping that Google's Pixel Watch will eventually come out and out perform this watch, but for now I doubt it. Overall it's well worth the $279 it's going for now, and if you perhaps wait for a Black Friday deal for less, it's a steal.

Worst smartwatch ever. I've been having issues since day one. Not recommended.

Lasted just over 1 year before bezel popped off including springs & gasket not even U Break I Fix says it's repairable long term.

The battery doesn’t stay charged, i put on to charge and then I wore it but in the hour it was dead.

Watch worked great until August Update. Now battery last eith three days or three hours. Watch is useless to me now.

Make sure when you receive the item that you have all the items as described in the ad as "Whats in the box"

Employees told me it was the LITE version but sold me Bluetooth one so Christmas morning sucked. Educate your employees

Stopped working after 3 months. It froze up and would not rest, now it won't Charge.

Battery lasts during daylight hours only which doesn’t make a lot of sense for a watch that tracks sleep.

I had to scrutinize a lot before buying this watch. Its a great watch with all daily required features. I would love to write about it categorically for better assimilation of the future buyer: 1. Battery: Fairly good battery. I always charged it at night during my sleep as a result I never had to worry about running out of the charge.' 2. OS : Though it operates with the quite unpopular tizen OS, the features definitely resembles simplicity to some extent. At least I can assure this much that, it was my first smart-watch and I was very comfortable with the OS. 3. Design : The design is quite elegant. However, because of its round shape at times it may seem to be quite generalized in compare to the apple-watch. Yet the bezzle makes the experience quite soothing as well as premium. 4. Stripes: If someone opts for one reason to buy a smart-watch, that can be its capability to adjust with different types of stripes. I bought about 6-7 stripes of different types from the Ali-express and those gave me the required different types of feels at different occassions. 5. Apps: The regular apps for the watch are mostly available in the store. Yet there are definitely rooms for improvements. They seriously needs to work behind some of the apps like maps and all. As a whole, the galaxy watch is a good choice since it can easily be paired with the phones and also is also a budget smart-watch in compare to the leading apple-watches.

Music player sucks. Cant be more then 2 ft away from my phone.

Though I've only had this watch for nearly two days; I am really impressed with it. I'm most impressed with the battery life. I purchased the silver 46mm bluetooth version. Some folks have complained about the lack of MST; but not an issue for me since I use Samsung Pay on my phone. The watch has a premium sturdy feel to it. My only disappointment so far has been Bixby which does NOT function well at this stage. I would assume this will improve with some upcoming updates. Overall; a solid WINNER in my book!!! P.S. I own the Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear 2, and the Gear S.....among other name brand smartwatches so I KNOW MY BUSINESS!!!!!!

Would sync to iPhone but not answer calls. Would not sync at all to Samsung s20 phone.
