Samsung service horrible!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After dealing with Samsung for 2 hours on the phone and taking their advice to go purchase another device as the first one may be defective, found out it is not compatible with Android devices with Pie software (e.g. Google Pixel 3). Do not trust the Samsung website or the box that states it will work with all Android devices.

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this watch and getting the initial updates and setup was easy but I will be returning it tomorrow because apparently Tmobile can't add the watch to my plan because the watch doesn't have a sim number or a embedded sim number so they could activate it. I paid alot for a watch that I can't fully use so......yeah it will be going back.

Posted .Hello Consumer, we apologize that this has been a less than ideal experience. Samsung has Bluetooth and LTE smart watches. The LTE version can receive calls and messages without being connected to a phone. AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon all offer plans for the LTE versions. However, this watch model is the Bluetooth version. ^Elizabeth

Dont trust Samsung!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had both Gear S3 and Galaxy Watch. Both devices fail in terms of Samsung Pay - it stops working and when you contact the support the cannot help you. Also Gear S3 power button stopped working and Support said that warranty doesnt cover buttons. What a Joke! I am not buying any Samsung products going forward and dont recommend anyone!

Worst Smart Watch Ever!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing but problems. health tracking was a joke, constantly had bugs, and then it died after two months. And Samsung won't honor the warranty. Worst purchase of my life.

Terrible Battery/Unbelivably Slow Charging
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited to get this watch, because the battery was supposed to be better, but it is definitely not. It also took me 3.5/4 hrs to charge the watch. I'm going back to Garmin....
