Once I had to do a hard reboot, but other than that it has been reliable. What I especially like is the batter because it doesn't need constant charging.

Another con is that everytime I receive a message it comes thru on both verizon and samsung messenger. Samsung messenger does not show mms pictures like verizon messenger so I was forced to use them both in order to get pictures. Also, everytime I send a message it sends a delivered alert which is super annoying, especially in group messages to every group member. I have turned the notification for this off and restarted all devices but it still occurs. Other than that it has been a fantastic watch and much to my surprise... it was compatible with our arlo home camera system for alerts.
