This allows him to monitor his heart rate as needed. As a Samsung smart watch owner myself, these watches are great. Being able to check what notifications you want keeps you from having to reach for you phone all day. And being able to send quick reply messages back is very easy. I have become very dependent on this watch and feel odd if I have to wear a non smart watch. Would definitely recommend.

Now that mine is over two years old, the battery only lasts 2-2.5 days instead of 3-4, but it still does everything I need it to do. I like the recessed screen because I tend to bump my watch on things and scratch the ones that aren't recessed. This watch has been tough.

You can open the Texts app on your watch and see previous texts and even send ones from your watch. Safe to wear while walking in the rain or showering. Durability is an essential feature for a wearable. Thanks to its attractive design, cohesive user interface. The best thing of it all is that the buy was great during Thanks Giving!.
